The answer to my anxiety panic attacks
I've suffered with panic attacks and anxiety for years and tried lots of things to help, including CBT sessions from the NHS. Everything has been a sticking plaster treatment which hasn’t got to the bottom of my issues, let alone found a lasting answer.
My father’s twenty-a-day smoking habit was cured after only one session of hypnotherapy, so when I heard the treatment was helpful for anxiety, I was keen to give it a go.
I’ve got quite complex reasons for my anxiety, but Luke was able to incorporate different strategies and types of hypnotherapy techniques over the course of the therapy which gradually chipped away at the causes of my panic.
Luke was empathetic, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, as well as easy to understand – and I found it hard to believe he was still a student therapist. He really seemed to get me and understood how I was suffering.
It's been over a month since I finished with Luke. I can’t claim to know why hypnotherapy has worked for me when other things haven’t, but I’ve gone from multiple panic attacks in the day and lying awake worrying every night, to being someone who is relaxed, happy, sleeping for 7 hours and functioning normally again.
I couldn’t recommend Luke more than by saying quite simply he has given me my life back.
