Product doesn’t arrive

I was worried this set might end up being returned. I’m bigger on top and smaller on the bottom, so I always feel anxious about matching sets. But I was pleasantly surprised–it fit really well. The top is flattering, and the bottoms have elastic with drawstrings to adjust any looseness without ruining the shape.
I traveled for 12 hours in this beige set and paired it with a lightweight sweater, which kept me perfectly comfortable the whole time. The fabric is lightweight, soft, and cozy. It’s so versatile–dress it up or keep it casual for travel.
The price is really reasonable, and it washed nicely. I might even order another one!

I ordered items on March 27th and apart from an order confirmation, haven’t heard anything since.
The order was announced to be shipped at the latest within 15 days. I patiently waited for 15 days.
Since then I have sent 3 emails asking for an update but got no reply.
I’m worrying.

I paid for address on the 22nd of March and when I checked my bank account I saw that it was charged in US dollars but it didnt show that on the dress amount, I cancelled within 10 minutes and have heard nothing since which is now 23 days later. I would like my refund as stated and an answer to my emails. The dress I ordered is not even listed on your site anymore.

This set has such a soft, buttery material—super comfortable against the skin! The color is beautiful, and it honestly looks way more expensive than it is. Only real downside is the pant length. They look so cute on the model, but I’m 5’3, and they’re way too long on me. I wanted them to hit my ankles just like the picture, but since I’m short, they fit awkwardly and drag a little. I absolutely love the top, but the pants aren’t the best if you’re petite. You’ll definitely have to roll them up a few times to make them work.

I absolutely love this mini dress! It’s actually perfect for my short legs. The black is so slimming, and it fits me so well all over. I’m 5’4 with short legs and weigh around 225 lbs, so dresses like this rarely flatter me… but this one is just right. I got it for my cruise at the end of the month, and it’s exactly what I wanted.
It’s super comfortable and relaxed, but not too casual. You can wear it as is or dress it up a little with jewelry. I actually feel so fancy in it! The material is so soft and nice against my skin.

⭐️ 1 Star – Complete Bait and Switch
I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality, muscular, novelty Christmas sweater from Lumensye, and what I received couldn’t be further from the product shown. The item pictured on their website was detailed, structured, and looked like a premium, sculpted costume top. What they sent me was a flimsy, shapeless, low-effort fleece shirt that looks nothing like the advertised image.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch. They lure you in with a professional, heavily-edited product photo and deliver something that belongs in a bargain bin. The colors are washed out, there’s no structure at all, and it feels like it was made as cheaply as possible. It’s almost laughable how different the real item is from their listing—except there’s nothing funny about wasting your money.
Customer trust clearly means nothing to this company. Save yourself the frustration and shop literally anywhere else. Lumensye is not reputable, not honest, and not worth a cent.

The item that showed up looks nothing like the item shown in the advertisement or on the website.

What showed up is a simple sweater, what was listed on the internet was a padded sweater.

Complete junk and I hate false advertising.

Poor Quality. Doesn't look anything like the picture and I ordered a 2XL and I could bare get it on. It fit like a medium at best. One for the trash can

Total shit that showed up and they wouldn’t respond to refund order! Stay so far away. Don’t even look.

I ordered a Halloween costume that looked absolutely beautiful but what i received was a cheap dress that looked nothing like it. There's no way of contacting them only through email. Customer service is great as I read on the reviews only in trust pilot but nothing on their website. Hmm funny that! 1 bad review and that's the only truth because it's a SCAM.!!!

I ordered on Sept 8, 2025 and have not as of today October 26 received my order. I’ve asked for a refund. Nothing. This place is still selling the jogger I ordered. One emailed stated it wasn’t available. Another email stated give them 7-9 days and it’ll be shipped. Nothing. I see all these great reviews purchased around the same time. I paid with taxes over $200. I want my order or a refund immediately. There’s no way not one issue with this company. This review might not get seen by customers. It will in my platforms. They are taking SOME money.

Fabric is nice and weighted. The dress is a nice length . The skeleton is not like the pictures online . The hip bones are where the ribs are . It is also not textured with flowers .
