Buyer beware!
We ordered our mats in April 2022 and they arrived around the middle of June 2022 only to find they fitted so badly they were useless. We contacted Lushfix regarding the order and they wanted us to provide screenshots of the mats in the fitted position in the vehicle so they could see how badly they looked.
So they agreed to send out a new set and would provide tracking details.....which never happened.
I have contacted Lushfix so many times, giving them plenty of time to rectify the issue and was told due to a website error the new order was "lost". Since then, I have just been fobbed off by many different representatives of the company. So nearly one year on from providing them with full payment, I have received nothing.

Well I was actually paid to order from this company by another company selling the same mats no names mentioned, but ........carmats.com. They asked several of us to buy and disrupt this business. I was actually a customer of said company previously.

They assured us we would get a refund 'just be a problem'.

WELL IT COMPLETELY BACKFIRED !

I actually was so impressed with the way this company dealt with the amount of problems I raised.

These were the problems they asked me and others to cause.

1. Pestering for tracking
2. Pestering daily until delivery
3. Complaints about packaging
4. Say delivery had not been received
5. Say I had to collect myself
6. Complain about quality
7. Complain about fitting
8. Complain about anything I could think of.

There was several of us contacted by the same company; friend of a friend etc. After all of us experienced nothing but extreme professionalism from this company after our barrage of unessacary and completely fabricated complaints some of us became guilty and decided this was absolutely wrong ! What were we doing we asked ourselves.

We were told by the other company this company was unprofessional, did not know what the were doing, selling unsatisfactory products and needed to be stopped.

NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

1. They were highly professional, clearly a great management structure and team in place.
2. Tracking was given in 6 days.
3. Delivery was well within the estimated time frame.
4. The fitting was great
5. The materials were better than the company paying us to cause problems.
6. The service was better so now we have gone full circle and actually recommend this company to our partners and other associates.

It completely backfired on ........ Carmats.com

They should be ashamed of themselves. Karma is real and this incident is proof of that fact.

Since this incident I wish I never got involved in, I have written to Lushfix.com management to apologise for my actions. So have a few others. I gave them all the details of who was behind the sabotage attempts. They assured me it was nothing new and "they are just wasting their own time as we grow. We just ignore the feeble attacks,
We are not phased by their nonsense"

I have also reported the other company to various bodies. Including Google, Facebook, twitter, Bing and others.

I buy in bulk from this business. I have for the last 6 months. I own several car dealerships in Germany. Always professional, extremely prompt in replies. I have ordered over 100 sets, any fitting issues replaced without question.

The inappropriate reviews on here are obviously jealous competitors selling inferior quality, clueless about cars, and should be ignored. I would guess the same ones I had problems with in 2019 and 2020, they could'nt fit most of my orders. I have tried them all. Glad this company came along to show a little class to this industry. A long time coming in my opinion.

Ordered this mats for my Audi s3 they fit and look great.
For the work that goes in to them they are a very reasonable price.
Yes you have to wait about 3/4 weeks but that’s expected as it’s international shipping and well worth the wait!

All these reviews sound BS to me. After waiting months they wad not in any way right. Got replacements after more months also nowhere near.
Stay away

Ordered mats 4 months ago and never received them, tracking never updated and customer service is not responding to any of my (many) emails I sent. Avoid at all costs!!!

Go Lushfix ... God knows what that warning is on the page , these are legit ! My order was delivered in the estimated time frame. I gotta tell you the material is very high quality. Great price, high quality. Can't go wrong. That warning must be a mistake. So they deleted some reviews?? Wow , big deal :-D !!

Cannot fault this company whatsoever. The transparency with me was a breath of fresh air. I was a pain in the ass customer, I'll admit it. I wanted to know everything. I was happy with the responses so I purchased. Exactly as described, quality is exceptional, customer support is amazing, especially Anna in transits. Very pleased with this order.

Terrific company to deal with, they go above and beyond to help. The quality is fantastic,I would highly recommend
