Open and honest
Open and honest guidance so that we chose the right system for us. During installation, the guys were informative about progress, tidied up as they went and then gave a comprehensive introduction to the smart phone app.
In summary, a very positive experience and I cannot recommend Lush Renewables enough

Install was completed in just one day! (They literally did not stop).
Any queries were answered without issue and had no issues providing explanations when asked, as some of the info went over my head.
The overall install was extremely neat and they ensured to leave the areas clean and tidy before they left.
Brilliant work and excellent service provided.
Works better than anticipated (got 12kW of battery storage).
Already recommended to a few friends who have had installs too.

Easy to deal with, good price and friendly staff.
Very friendly, they gave really good advice regarding the installation of the solar panels. I ended up with a 6kW split system over both the front and back of my house, including a 6kWh battery. All the questions I had were answered quickly and well explained, including how to use a Raspberry Pi to do logging on the system in addition to Growatt's servers. Installation was all done in a single day, the panels look great, and everything was left clean and tidy. A follow up was needed for a new meter CT clip due to getting an upgrade to my home incoming fuse, and this was all done quickly as well.
