I'm really happy with the Bray Pendant…

I'm really happy with the Bray Pendant Lamp. It has a sleek, modern design that fits perfectly in my kitchen. Installation was a breeze, and the light it gives off is just right. A great addition to the space, no complaints at all!

a small glue mark

There's a tiny glue spot on the paper pendant light I got. It's not super noticeable and doesn't affect function, but still a bit annoying... Everything else is fine.

Fairly certain this is a fake company

Fairly certain this is a fake company. They don’t respond to emails. Bought items on Nov 28th. And still got nothing. Going to have to cancel it on my credit card.

Total Scam

Total Scam, avoid this company. I received 2 items that DON’T work & was ghosted by the company.
I’m working w a govt agency investigating this company.

I’ve sent many many emails to luugaa customer support to no avail, then they stopped responding. I received 2 lamps that do not work, they are still boxed in my garage.

This company wanted me to take them apart to ensure they were put together correctly, so if you do not want to be treated in this manner, take your business to a legitimate company.

Again, buyer beware & be aware of who you are placing orders with your hard earned money.

Worth a try

Took about two months for delivery of my lamp and a couple of emails to customer service but I'm happy to report this business is not a scam as I initially thought. Having said that, I haven't installed the lamp yet so will update my review once I am able to.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered some lights and 2 weeks after they hadnt been shipped yet. I also tried sending them a customer service message and it wouldnt let me because "Im not Human". I dont know if the other comments here are legit, but judging by my experience this is a scam
