Same as all reviews below - received a piece of red string.
Am really annoyed with Instagram, they should be checking more diligently before allowing these scam adverts on their platform!!!

Ordered a chair from this company no chair,no contact but they have my money

Total scam, ordered a chair, taken the money, today I received 20cm of black string, gutted, karma is coming for you, taken up the issue with my bank, fingers crossed a get my money back

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give minus stars. Absolutely dishonest scammers. Happily took my money for two pluffy chairs and sent me two pieces of string. Then their website shut down. And they don't reply on Facebook. They went to a lot of trouble to make it look legitimate. Luvada, you should be ashamed. No decent human being takes money from others this way. So you must not be decent. I can't do anything about you scamming me. But karma is a b***h. You'll get your punishment when you least expect it. Absolute criminals.

Ordered a chair in December. Advised delivery will be by Royal Mail on 14th January. POD for this tracking number is a pamphlet that other neighbours have received. Emailed for help to get more info but emails failed / returned. Tried Royal Mail for help (via email) and you have to contact the supplier.

Ordered chairs and payment taken.
The website no longer exsits and the email address is not valid.
I think this is a scam!

Ordered 1/1/26 a chair from them. Today like others received a piece of red string. Done a bank despite to claim my money back.

I ordered a chair on 2nd January. I have just received a piece of red string in post with tracking. Will be taking a dispute action with bank regarding this issue. Fake website and scam obviously. Do not order from them.

I ordered a chair 3rd January. Today I have received a 20cm length of red string. I was confused 🫤 then I thought let’s check on this chair as it’s the only thing I’m waiting on. Tracking information doesn’t work so came on here to find other people who have received red string.
Can I get a refund via the bank?

Ordered a chair - received confirmation and tracking number that didn't work. Chased Luvada who just advised its out for delivery continued to chase and no response. Will be reporting company for fraud - DO NOT SHOP WITH!!

Absolute scam website, stay well clear.

Ordered a chair from this website 2 weeks ago. Received order confirmation and delivery details where it was being delivered by Royal Mail. Got confirmation that the order had successfully been delivered yesterday, and yes a package was received, but it wasn’t a chair. Instead we were sent a 20cm length of red string. Upon trying to contact the company you soon discover the phone number and email address are not recognised. Lessons learnt, not getting money back, but hopefully no one else gets scammed!
