Our experience with Luviacure was absolutely fantastic!
From the very beginning, Can answered all of our questions and was so incredibly helpful. Once we arrived in Istanbul, everything down to the last detail was organised for us and so straightforward. All of the transportation, the hotel, the hospital stay and doctors visit - made the whole experience completely stress free for us! Our translator Zeynep was absolutely wonderful. She spoke great English and was so helpful and stayed the whole time my partner was having his rhinoplasty done. She checked in with us every day to make sure he was doing ok and was comfortable. Our plastic surgeon, Dr. Mert was also amazing - spoke great English and answered all of our questions.
Honestly cannot recommend Luviacure enough, they have the best people on their team to give you the best experience. A special thank you to Zeynep for keeping me company and taking such good care of us :)

Hi I’m 3 weeks pro op I traveled to Turkey with a package with a company called Laviacure and I must say you get just what they offer I’m more than pleased with all of it , I’m still in the healing process but so far so good the only negative thing I can say is where the hotel is situated it was out of the way.

amazing experience !
my experience with luviacure and my rhinoplasty surgery couldn’t have been any better! To start I had a phone consultation with Can, where i was asked plenty of questions and explained everything that would be happening in depth. of course, as expected, i was nervous travelling to a country i had never been to before, but i was looked after so well. especially by Büşra who was an absolute angel for the entire journey, i genuinely don’t know what we would’ve done without her! We were collected from the airport with no issues, very easy to find our collection point with the video that was sent to us before hand! the hotel was lovely and included breakfast! Büşra was always just one text away if we needed any help with anything and replied straight away! I’m vegan and boyfriend has a severe egg allergy and she made sure we got all the correct dietary requirements which we really appreciated! The day after we arrived we were picked up from the hotel and brought to the hospital, Büşra came with us as the hospital staff were english speaking but that was completely ok as she translated everything we needed to know! I then met with the doctor. Dr Cem Altındağ (who did speak english haha) and i immediately knew i was in good hands. he was actually listening to what i wanted and the second he told me “you will have a realistic nose and not an artistic one” i just felt any nerves i did have leave my body. I was under anaesthesia for the surgery (which knocked me out in about 2 seconds) so no pain what so ever. After the surgery when i woke up i did have a headache for about two days (nothing to extreme) but i just asked Büşra what the doctor would recommend and i was able to get painkillers so i was fine then :) my hospital stay was nothing more than pleasant and my boyfriend was allowed stay the night with me on a pull out bed so that was amazing! i already felt safe but that just made me feel even better. i only spent one night in the hospital and then back to the hotel, every day that then lead up to us going home i felt better and better.
when i saw the before and after photos i started crying from happiness haha. they actually listened to what i wanted and the inspiration i had and had given me my dream nose.
the day we travelled home before we went to the
airport, i had a visit with the doctor who removed the stents from my nose (which felt extremely revealing, ZERO pain) and took the large bandages off and replaced it with a smaller one. I genuinely couldn’t thank doctor Cem any more if i tried.
I literally have ZERO complaints. My bruising has lasted a little longer than other peoples but this is just because i’m very pale, so if you’re pale don’t expect them to clear quickly 🤣 but nothing a bit of makeup can’t cover!
I genuinely couldn’t recommend luviacure any more. When i was doing research on rhinoplasty’s and looking at other places,
something about here just stood out to me. You shouldn’t let any other places lean your opinion just because they have 100s and thousands of followers because that means nothing. I hope luviacure get all the recognition they deserve one day!

Luviacure were brilliant
As I’m sure many people are, I was very skeptical about going to a foreign country for my surgery, however the process was very straight forward and Busra was with me every step of the way, helping with any anxiety you may have pre and post surgery. Everything from the hotels to the transfers were perfect, I can’t fault the way they do things and if you’re thinking of changing your life for the better, choose luviacure.

I am very pleased with my surgery and the help I received from the coordinator Zeynep who spoke very good English during my stay at the hospital and whilst I was at the hotel. The surgeon also spoke very good English which put me at ease and made it much easier to communicate what I wanted to have done and what was possible to have done.

Hi! So I’ve just had a gastric sleeve with Luvia cure organised by Can. This will be an honest open review as someone who suffers badly with MH depression anxiety. This journey was for myself and my son nonetheless going abroad for surgery is really nerve wracking and emotional but I did it 31st march OP 2nd April. Companion bursa (miss her) sweetest soul on this earth and great for this company she translates to best of her ability and reassured me every day. OP is different for everyone myself I was in severe pain but I was medicated doctor spoke before surgery pleasant dr Mehmet. Visited after surgery for reassurance and questions and kept asking to see a smile which made me laugh. Very different from UK in some areas but it’s to expected no where is the same in the world my GP even told me this before flying he wished me well no negativity regarding my choice never told me don’t he said you can have complications in UK not just. Hospital staff all where friendly had one issue explained to Can and it was sorted immediately English can be tricky but Google translate App saved life and nurses took phone to translate back if there was confusion. I’m 28 pounds down so far and excited for my future. And near future I will return for another procedure I’m also been wanting my whole life once recovered and ready to do so.
Thanks CAN AHMET & BURSA there is two other wee men I don’t know names of but they where fabulous too he had sleeve himself and he’s smashed it! He was lovely.

Rhinoplasty in Istanbul Turkey
Me and my friend both had rhinoplasty in Istanbul, Turkey. I couldn’t recommend going with luviacure for the procedure enough. Both of us were nervous as expected flying to a different country but we felt so safe and looked after the entire time. The transfers were all amazing and the people were lovely. Büşra and Kardelen who looked after us during our stay were absolutely amazing and both such lovely people. Available 24/7 to talk to if we had any questions. The hotel was great the beds comfy and the food so nice. Dr Mert Sercer was amazing I’m so happy with my results and the fact it can only get better as the weeks go on is incredible. I recommend going with a friend as the healing process would get quite lonely and having someone there with you is much nicer but other than that I’ve actually enjoyed my stay here. Can’t thank luviacure enough! 😊

Everything taken care of
I travelled to Turkey alone for rhinoplasty and I was very scared about being in a foreign country all on my own, but someone was there to collect me from the airport and take me to the hotel. Zeynep my translator took me to my appointments and she was brilliant, so kind and caring. The language barrier with the hotel staff was a little tricky, but we muddled through with Google translate. Dr Mert Secer was my surgeon and he was so lovely, he really listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want.
Plus points for going with Luviacure, they took care of everything for me, all I had to do was book my flights. Everything except for my flights was included in the overall price. The hotel they put me in was really good and food there was fantastic. All airport transfers, and transport to appointments was handled by Luviacure. Zeynep my translator was available 24/7 if I needed anything and she literally went out of her way to look after me. I missed my children back home so much in the week I was in Turkey, I did feel very lonely going on my own and I missed my home comfort foods, so we went out, Zeynep took me to a Starbucks and I got a muffin and a coffee. I've found Luviacure to be really responsive whenever I've had any questions they respond almost immediately any time I message about anything.
The only downsides is that I did have to pay for my own post op medicines, I didn't feel like the surgeon explained the aftercare very well to me in terms of cleaning the nose and what to do/what to avoid doing. But this was resolved easily as Zeynep had all my questions answered.
Thank you so much for making this trip as smooth as possible for me.

The best decision I ever made!
After much research I chose Luviacure for my surgery. The best decision I have ever made.
On 23/01/22, I flew to Turkey with my mum. Even on the flight I was very sceptical of what to expect. Once I arrived at Turkey Büşra and Zaynab greeted me at the arrivals and escorted us to our hotel. They were extremely talkative and settled my worries by talking to me about the process from there on.
We stayed at the Holiday in Kidikoy. The hotel was immaculate and the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried they went above and beyond daily. The food was very good too.
From the day of surgery to the day I came home Büşra was absolutely amazing. She even travelled to a chemist for me which was 1hr away from her home to bring me medication.
My surgeon was amazing, he talked to me honestly about my tummy tuck and liposuction and explained each step and what and why he was doing them. Although the my surgeon was English speaking the hospital staff had limited English but this did not stop them helping me. They even used Google translate to communicate with me!
For anyone wanting to take the plunge and go for surgery this company is the one to choose! I can 100% assure you, you will not be disappointed! I am now 6 weeks post op tomorrow and I’m doing very well! I’m very happy with the outcome! I have gone from an 18-20 to a comfortable size 14!!! I have got my bubbly self back!
I still receive weekly check ins from Büşra, who contacts the surgeon to give me any information I need!
I am willing to give further details to anyone wanting them, as I would like this company to get the recognition they deserve!!

I chose Luvia Cure for my rhinoplasty and I could not be happier. The experience has been brilliant from start to end. I felt well cared for the whole time and never had any issues. Zeynep looked after me whilst being there and she was amazing, if I needed anything she was only a text away and answered instantly. I am glad she was there with me as I traveled alone and she made me feel very comfortable and safe. The hospital was lovely had my own private room and I was surprised at how nice it was. My surgeon was also great, he checked on me multiple times after surgery and that was very reassuring. Overall great experience and I am looking forward to seeing my new nose once healed :)

Excellent service from beginning to…
Excellent service from beginning to end. Kan who was our contact at the uk office was quick to respond to any queries and very reassuring. When we arrived at the hotel in Turkey we where met by our careers who stayed with us the whole time during the hospital stay, my career Bursa was so lovely and cared for all my personal needs and my husbands carer was Kardelen who was also very caring and helpful. The Achedemic hospital was fantastic like a luxury hotel. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t write enough good things!
I got a hair transplant and Rhinoplasty here and can’t believe the level of service. Seriously Amazed! I’ve had plastic surgery in the US and UK and felt like it didn’t compare to this.
The hospital was so modern and there was a harp player in the lobby haha! Would highly recommend and come back. At first I was skeptical.. as everyone should be. But Luviacure is so good at taking care of you every step of the way…. And honest too! They even told me I didn’t need certain procedures I was curious about. So, I always felt they had my best interests at heart.
I had doubted I needed the private transport they provided but once I arrived here I was thankful for it! It was very nice transport. Cab drivers don’t speak English and don’t take credit cards so the private arranged transfers are a god-send.
I’m so excited about my results. THE AFTER PICS LOOK SO GOOD. I felt like the doctors really listened to what I wanted and were so caring… I didn’t get this same experience in UK (and paid WAY more), which shows going abroad can be better in every way… I didn’t feel like I sacrificed anything and got the best value.
My mom was nervous I was coming here alone until I explained how well Can and Busra looked after me. Busra was prepared to stay by my side even throughout the night if I was worried or in pain but I never felt like that!
Not that I need anything else done… but I’ll probably be back in the future haha.

I booked a flight and hotel package in order to come and have a rhinoplasty surgery in Turkey and all the staff took care of me after I had my surgery and made everything easy for me, so now I have a new nose and a very grateful smile for all the service provided by the doctor and all his helpers, especially Kardelen who from the beginning welcomed me very well and was super attentive.
I really recommend the hotel and the service provider for making everything easy and non-stressful.

Dental surgery in Istanbul
I traveled to Instanbul in February 2022 for dental surgery.
I needed 9 implants a bone graft and 28 Zirconia crowns to finaly get my smile back.
I did not feel confident about having the work done in the UK and chose to go to Turkey because of the good reviews i had read and massive price difference compared to what i had been quoted back home.
The whole process was made very easy and uncomplicated by the Luviacure team.I felt very welcome and cared for by all the staff in the dentist that i used,they were all wonderful and very professional.
I am very pleased with the final results and i can now smile with confidence again.
My accommodation was fantastic,all my transfers/travel to and from the dentist and airport was on time and comfortable.
I was looked after incredibly well by Zeynep,she was very professional/caring and kind.i was impressed by how capable she was to translate everything into English for me.She made me feel relaxed about all aspects of being abroad for surgery.

I had Rhinoplasty via Luviacure and it all went superb. I was super nervous in the beginning; till the surgery, I was questioning my decision BUT:
1. The Team at London was very fast, efficient, responsive and professional compared to two other similar services I contacted. This made me choose them straightaway.
2. Their package offer was perfect. I wouldn't have gone for it if I had to sort out accommodation, transport and medical care.
3. The medical team, the surgeon and the hospital staff were very nice, professional and supportive. I especially want to mention Busra, who was there with me from day 1 until the last day. She took me to all the appointments and assisted with aftercare very supportively. Also, Kardelene supported me a lot. She was very kind and helpful.
4. I only have two suggestions for them to improve. First, I was sometimes unaware of the small updates e.g., I will be staying 1 night in the hospital or that I won't be allowed heavy exercise for 6 - 8 weeks and similar details. I would have liked to know everything in advance so my suggestion would be to create a document with every single detail in it. This would make a patient's experience 11/10. Secondly, I would have liked to stay in the hospital for 3 - 4 days because with a heavy bandage and so much pain, the hospital bed and staff on hand was very helpful. I requested an extra night form the doctor but had to pay £80. I was discharged on day 2 but day 3 and 4 were extremely painful. Yes, I was given painkillers and medication by the doctor but there was no other help whatsoever compared to when I was in the hospital. The hotel bed was not fit for someone post-surgery regardless how many pillows you use, I couldn't walk around as the room was too small and I was too scared to walk in the hotel lobby as it was always busy and I feared falling or tripping. These two days were very difficult. I requested more hospital stay even though I know it will be an extra cost but they did not let it. So, my suggestion to Luviacure would be to keep the options open for patients whether they want to stay 7 days in the hospital or hotel. The price was the same anyway (Hotel: £75 family room; Hospital: £80). Some people may prefer to stay in hotel so keeping the option open would be a lot helpful.
To finish, I would highly recommend Luviavure :)
