Felt like unpacking an iphone
Incredible customer service. Shipping was a little delayed, but reached out to the team. They immediately fixed it and shipped a replacement ASAP.
First place that actually answered my call and spoke to a human... then got the box and it legit felt like I was unboxing an iPhone, insane packaging, insane materials. No idea how they can do it.

Delayed delivery
Ordering was very easy, and the company did attempt to keep the integrity of the product intact. Unfortunately, the delivery time was estimated to be two days, it ended up being 4 days and all the cold packs were hot causing my product to warm/ compromised. I am super bummed but also know LuvionBio can’t control a fedex delay.

It is common for ice packs to arrive thawed, freeze dried powder is extremely stable up to 140 degrees, and our goal is a controlled thaw from our commercial freezers to your door. Your product is 100% not compromised. It's a bit of a double edged sword, we are one of the only, if not the only, RUO company shipping in insulated packaging with ice packs. Had it been reconstituted when shipped - totally different story. Bottom line, you research reagents are absolutely not compromised in anyway!

I have been ordering from LuvionBio for the last three month, and I am more than pleased with my experience. Amazing Customer Service!
My experience with Luvion Bio has been amazing!! I placed an order but could not get the ACH to work through their link. Things got a little crazy, and as it ended up I had to cancel the order due to a miscommunication. I was pretty discouraged during the time I was trying to place an order and just about threw in the towel.
I communicated with Jamesy first and she tried her best to straighten things out but it was a few hiccups and I cancelled the order as it wasn’t working out…. long story.
I was contacted that afternoon by Mr. Colton and I was able to place an order through him. He stopped to take the time, in his busy day, to do this for me and make sure things got straightened out. They value good Customer Service and so do I. Once I received my order I was very surprised to find (2) free gifts included in my order!!
I was getting ready to make another order after texting Mr. Colton and he asked me a few questions about myself and suggested a product that would better suit me at an amazing deal I couldn’t pass up. When I receive THAT order, I received another free gift along with it! I was shocked and very thankful and contacted Mr. Colton both times thanking him profusely.
All that being said their quality is top-of-the-line. I don’t have worry if it’s safe for research or not, it’s 100% safe. Now, THAT’S peace of mind.

Also, their packaging is amazing. It always gets to you cold in a padded secure package. After opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful box the vials come in. This company spent time on thinking this through when they set this company up. There may be a few glitches, but the Customer Service service is over the top and they are working on the glitches It’s just a matter of time. This is the company that I’m sticking with not only because of the Customer Service but also because the care they take in presenting their product and their packaging making sure everything‘s cold, safe and secure when it arrives! You won’t go wrong with this company! They also have amazing deals.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. That said, I own the company and did email you you a detailed response which i will post here. I think there may be some confusion around the intent of cold-chain shipping. We guarentee stability, potency, and purity, not a cold arrival.
High level, we want to protect against large temperature swings that could actually damage peptides. As long as the lyophilized vials arrive in two days, the research (which you can verify online or with ai) indicates there is zero concern unless temps exceed 140°F Our cold chain shipping process has been tested extensivley, and the data is solid. During summer months we will switch to a foam with a better MKT and R-value, but still the risk to freeze dried powder is near zero.

Hi Katie,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for letting us know about your concern. I completely understand why you'd be worried seeing the ice packs arrive warm, but I want to put your mind at ease.
It's actually totally normal for the ice packs to melt during transit. The real purpose of our cold chain packaging is to prevent massive temperature spikes that could degrade the peptide quality, especially during the summer months when delivery trucks can reach up to 140 degrees in the back. We've done extensive stability testing on our current system, and I'm happy to report there has been zero decrease in purity or potency, so you can rest assured that the research you intend to conduct is fully protected. Lyophilized powder at ambient temperature is extremely stable, which is why your order is perfectly safe to use.
Now, if your peptides had been reconstituted and arrived warm, that would be a different story and you'd absolutely need to discard them. But in this case with the lyophilized powder, we are rock solid. To give you even more confidence, we've shipped the same way to our contract development and manufacturing organization in Germany for cell-based assays to evaluate potency and safety. That shipment was in transit for 12 days, and the testing confirmed zero degradation. We'll be publishing those reports shortly, which is really exciting. Those tests cost around $25,000 each and were conducted by Reaction Biology, a company that works with all major pharmaceutical companies, so the data is beyond reproach.
I hope this puts you at ease, and thank you so much for asking the question and for your continued support. We're always working to improve our packaging, and we'll soon be switching to higher-rated insulated packs and different ice packs to give our customers even more peace of mind.
