I was having a technical issue with the companies email address, however, I was able to speak to someone via phone and all my questions/concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. There was a problem with their email and he was quick to wanting to get that resolved. He was very kind and appreciative of his clients. I chose this company because of their high ratings and the positive recommendations from other people. I highly recommend this company.

Impeccable Packaging!
I’ve ordered from Luvionbio 3-4 times now and have had an exceptional experience. Orders are very timely and packaging is IMPECCABLE!! So far, every order has came cold-packed, in a really nice packing box and has included bac water (which was very unexpected). Experienced a hiccup with the payment on our first order, but they immediately made it right. Great customer service.
