HORRIBLE Word of advice STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! THEY LOST my package twice in the mail they do not even deserve 1 star. And that is being generous!! They are complete SCAMMERS.. BEWARE AND THEY SUCK NO NUMBER OR ADDRESS TO REACH OUT TO.

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would! They took my money and I never received my order. So they “resent” me another order and yet again I never received it!! Won’t give me a refund either. Stated they can give me a 60% refund but they are at a loss with my order. This is an absolute scam. Do not buy from this site.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! You will never receive products. After over a month of the package being "in transit" they will say it was delivered but it's not. Then only offer a percentage of your money back!

SCAM. DO NOT BUY

Their site says delivered in 3 to 4 days. Then you get a tracking number. It’s coming from China. Takes 2 weeks to get to the US. Then it sits at la intl airport for a week. You never get anything. This is a scam. I should have realized you don’t get wranglers for $5. Had to open a dispute with the credit card company.
They say they have no order but supplied a tracking number until it just stopped. Never received products. Opened dispute.

Stay away from this online fup boutique

Stay away from this online fup store...My daughter received product that is different from what she ordered. They replied to her return request by saying "We will refund you the 15% of the total price, so you can keep the item..." She kept on writing but they never get back.

Glem alt om kundeservice og garanti.
Jeg købte en trøje til min søn som inden for en måned gik i stykker i lynlåsen. Brugt max 10 gange.
Simpel garantisag burde man mene men nej. Ikke Iflg. Luvowear som svarer:
“Vi har været i kontakt med vores leverandør vedrørende sagen. Desværre har de oplyst, at problemet falder uden for garantiperioden, og derfor kan de ikke tilbyde en ombytning eller erstatning af produktet.”

De har ikke svaret på hvad garantiperioden er, blot at man har 14dages fortrydelsesret…?
Jeg bliver tilbudt en gavekode på et mindre beløb.

Extremely poor quality shipped from China

If I could, I would give you zero stars. I bought a hoodie believing that the company—as stated on the front page of their website—is based in the Netherlands. Only after I had paid did I discover, via the track-and-trace information, that the package was shipped from China.

Not only that, but the quality is extremely poor—really plasticky—and the sizing does not correspond to European standards. I am now left with a product that I cannot use in any way. When I contacted the company to return the item, I was told that it had to be sent back to China at my own expense.

I have now reported the company to Consumer Europe, as I do not believe it is made clear on the website that the goods are shipped from China, and I therefore consider this to be in violation of EU marketing and consumer protection regulations.

So my warning to everyone: do not buy from this company!!!
