I only had one revision of my song. The revision was done but not all the requested changes were made and now I cannot send it again for revision.

Pretty nifty tool .. and great ideal .The song was a success hit and made my wife tear up and nothing makes her cry .. very stoic lady .Again thanks for this and your product is bringing happy memories to many ..

I ordered 2 songs in June. They had the wrong name. I have requested the songs to be corrected but cannot get help from customer service….but almost 3 months later and many promises by email (had to wait about two weeks for each of my emails to get a response to get it fixed), I am still waiting. After 2 months, I was promised a refund. It didn’t arrive.
Now I am promised the problem was fixed on September 12. And the app doesn’t work so I can’t verify the name is finally fixed so I can’t send the songs.
There is no customer service.

Both songs had my wife Gina in tears the first time that she heard them. I done it because September 17th 2020 was the day that I ask her to be my BRIDE and she said yes to me. I played it for her soon as she got home because she was having a bad day and after I played the first song the bad day was over and she was crying happy tears. I played the other song in the car on the way to the store and when she realized it was a different song she broke down again and cried more happy tears. Gina told me later that night that she would never forget how much I love her as long as we lives. Thank you Luvtune for all the help with ever thing that you did for me. Because they make a song I have her it change 2 times i want to pay for 1 change more, but they say it is on the house. I sent Them they change and I dont hear anything i Thy to write to Them from another mail and they answer me and again they want to change it on the house and again silence. And now i want to cancel it and get my Money back but they want answer me 😡

Absolutely brilliant, I was sceptical at the start as it’s near €90 for the 2 songs and I honestly did not actually research the process or product.
But I honestly must say I give it 10/10, I even asked to make changes to the original version, was a little impatient and I emailed them. But the changes were added for me in the meantime and the guys replied to me so quickly . Really looking forward to letting my wife hear the songs.
Well worth the price in my opinion
