They really care about their customers and everything is handled quickly and efficiently, including if it’s necessary to send something back for a refund. That doesn’t happen to me very often though.!
Everything I’ve bought from them over the last few years has been a good quality sizes are well explained so you shouldn’t make mistakes on that score. Would highly recommend.

Lovely jumpers (fringed.)
Lovely jumpers, I now have two, will probably buy more in different colours.
Delivery service is good, don't have to wait a week or more.
Haven't washed them yet but other jumpers from this company have washed well.

Lovely two piece set.
This is a lovely two piece set. The tassel scarf really set's off the tunic. The jumper/ tunic has an nice soft feel and falls lovely. The weight is just right, not too heavy. Delivery to Ireland takes about five day's. Fantastic customer service.

I don't really like shopping on a site…
I don't really like shopping on a site where you have to pay for returns, this makes it expensive when you do not end up with anything to show for two lots of postage

We are sorry to see that you have given us a 3 star review Susan, we do offer free postage for orders over £70 but we are a small family business & simply cannot afford to pay for customers to return their items, we would rather concentrate on offering competitive prices on all styles together with an excellent customer service department at the end of a telephone for help & advice ❤️
