The company advertised mobile homes…
The company advertised mobile homes that were not available on the dates but did come back with alternatives.
Also there is no option to pay money off your bill every week.

Dear Scanell family, Thank you for your review and feedback! I see in your booking that you have first made a bookingrequest which was not possible. After this we have sent you an alternative accommodation which you have booked now. As we are working with campsites and partners we are dependent on them for availability and prices. Great holidays at fantastic prices!
A friend suggested I have a look at luxcamp before I book our holiday this summer and I am so glad I did...
The website was easy to navigate, all information easily found and the best if all, prices much lower than other competitors!

Great! - minor tweak to map would be helpful
It was a great website - easy booking, very informative. Only fault is on the map - be great to see nearest airport and modes of transport as well as the proximity to towns and nearby campsites etc!

I booked 2 consecutive weeks at 2…
I booked 2 consecutive weeks at 2 different camp sites, I had to make 2 separate bookings. I couldn’t book both weeks in one reservation.

Deposit transfer from 2019 booking
Orignally booked our holiday back in late 2019. But because of Covid 19 we were not able to travel. LuxCamp were transparent with the deposit already paid and transferred it to the new booking in 2022.
