Fabulous service from start to finish!!! Great communication, friendly & knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend and definitely use again. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Quick delivery.

Loved the bag my scarf came in.

Initially I arranged a viewing of some bags with Liberty who I’d spoken to on the phone and told what I was wanting. The following day we visited and were very well looked after by Liberty and Ruby who were both really lovely. The girls had got several different bags out for me to look at and went through everything clearly. They also very kindly looked after my little one, getting her a fan to keep her cool (these things never go unnoticed, thank you). We came away with the most beautiful handbag! I cannot fault a thing at Luxe! Thank you so much! Hope to be back in the future for another nice treat! Xx

So happy with my purchase. Communication was great via WhatsApp as I had some questions, the team got back to me straight away and kept me informed every step of the purchase. The bag is just as described, just taken her on her first outing this weekend🫶🏼

Every experience that I have had at Luxe has been 5 star from the website ordering and quality of the goods to the wonderful staff on collection who can’t do enough to make your purchase extra special

Super enjoyable experience buying my Kelly 28. The whole team are just a pleasure to deal with. They really took their time in explaining everything it was a non pressured sale - I normally buy from Selliers in Knightsbridge but I would definitely come back. They even checked in once the bag was delivered! Thanks so much Rebeka and all the girls at Luxe I’ll be back for that mini Kelly soon! Lauren

I brought my LV SPEEDY 20 from Luxe Cheshire and it was pristine and with everything!

Gorgeous Chanel bag

It has been a few years since I sold with luxe Cheshire. Rebeka and the team are the best! I can feel reassured my items are safe and in good hands. I would definitely recommend them, as I have a great experience all these years.

I love my pre loved hold-all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luxe Cheshire

I have sold several items, with these lovely ladies, such an easy experience, most items sold in the first couple weeks, would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Birkin from Luxe Cheshire and the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. The bag was exactly as described, in beautiful condition, and arrived promptly and carefully packaged. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt completely confident in the authenticity and quality of my purchase.

It’s clear that Luxe Cheshire takes great pride in both their products and customer service. I’m absolutely delighted with my bag and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury pre-owned designer pieces.

Second order placed with luxe Cheshire. Items exactly as described, quick and well packaged delivery. Any questions I asked via instagram quickly responded to. Would definitely purchase from them again

Great customer service. Really helpful and lovely product as described. Been a retuning customer many times.

Excellent customer service and very good prices.

I wanted a vintage Chanel bag for my wedding day. The girls were so helpful and showed me lots of options, talked through the chances and I am absolutely delighted with my choice. And I am so excited to have it as part of my wedding outfit. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Luxe Cheshire.
The most fabulous experience. The lady which owns it is super lovely, very knowledgeable and the showroom is stunning.

I will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing service and communication from the lovely ladies at Luxe Cheshire helping me to choose my second Chanel handbag and espadrilles. Everything from initial enquiry to visiting the beautiful showroom in Cheshire was lovely. Given I’ve just lost my mum and gone through a very difficult time the ladies were so empathetic and treated my dad and I with such kindness and consideration.

The quality of their products are absolutely immaculate and will continue to purchase all my preloved items from the ladies at Luxe Cheshire 🩷xxx
