I purchased the Silk Pro 2.0 IPL device and used it consistently for several months, strictly following the instructions. I saw absolutely no results at all.

The situation got worse when the device completely stopped working. I contacted their customer support multiple times requesting help and a refund, and received no response whatsoever.

This raises serious concerns about both the quality of the product and the legitimacy of their “money-back guarantee,” which in my experience appears meaningless.

There is effectively no after-sales support, and once you have paid, you are left on your own.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Luxecare to think twice. Based on my experience, you risk wasting your money on a product that does not work and a company that does not respond.

Good service

I have used the Luxe water flosser for many months now alongside my usual flossing and brushing routine and found it to be quick and easy to use with noticeable improvement to my gum health, which flossing and brushing alone struggled with. The battery lasts a long time and is quick to recharge and the various heads supplied with the flosser allows you to select the best one for the clean you wish to undertake.

Unfortunately my flosser developed a fault recently, I contacted their customer services team and they were fantastic, very quick to respond and provide a solution to my issue. This is 'good old fashioned' customer service at its best.

I would strongly recommend a Luxe water flosser to anyone who hasn't tried one before.

Customer service is excellent. The ordering process was easy and product arrived in good time. Extremely easy to use and totally pain free. Only purchased recently but looking forward to achieving great results.

Given 5 stars because the replacement heads fit and do what they're meant to. I haven't found any others that do. As long as the same product specification continues, I'll give them the thumbs up.

The flosser was great while it worked but sadly stopped working after about 11months. I’ve since been in touch about a replacement given it’s in warranty. It’s been a month now and I’m yet to receive a replacement. Hoping it turns up soon…

I purchased the sonic toothbrush and the process was very easy and straight forward. The product arrived well packaged and all intact. The tooth brush itself is very easy to use and does a great job of cleaning my teeth, better than my previous more expensive Braun IO. I would highly recommend this product.

I had a little hiccup with and order I had made and was paying through Klarna. I had to get intouch with Luxecare company, I e-mailed them, not expecting a reply as with most companies. I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely, polite e-mail from them. thier e-mail was in detail, there was no need for me to try to ring them. I found them to be most accomodating and helpful and determined to resolve my situation. They did solve the problem and in one day. I was so grateful to them, and so surprised how polite the e-mails were. If every company took a leaf out this company's book the world would be a happier place.

I bought this product from the website when it was on sale. I have only used the product so far but it was comfortable to use and easy to use. I am hoping to see some results from using the product over time.

I was impressed with the Luxe water flosser I bought last year. Very effective and with useful features like the ability to empty the last drops of water from the chamber. I was even more impressed with the excellent customer service I received when the product recently went wrong. All dealt with in a couple of emails and a replacement being delivered shortly. Go Luxe!
