In fairness, it was a 5 star shopping service- until I ordered something in error. Had I not, I wouldn't even know that there is an issue with trying to return something for exchange. I was told the return shipping charge to Italy was $100. The item cost $120. I was able to ship it back myself UPS International Express, with tracking and insurance, for less than $25. I understand their policy is to charge $100 but it will make me hesitent to buy from them again.

I don't write reviews very often, this is such a nice experience to be able to share. My partner and I needed suits at short notice for our anniversary party and wedding due to some issues we had with the ones in our wardrobe. Luxgentleman to the rescue. Raffaele and Alessandro were incredibly helpful, they answered all of my measurement questions in detail and included photos, and worked with me to derisk a purchase with a short timeline and notice. We ordered two beautiful suits from them, an Isaia and a Borrelli. One fit nearly perfectly, but the other was unfortunately for me a little small even though I wanted it to work it needed to go back. Raffaele followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy. With the one suit that didn't work for my body, they made it completely painless to organise the return, responded immediately with a shipping label, and were very kind and understanding. I would buy from Raffaele anytime and without hesitation and recommend to anyone.
