I recently ordered multiple furniture items from Luxo Living, including a coffee table, TV unit, rugs, and bedside tables. I’m very pleased to say that all the products are of excellent quality and exactly as described.
What truly stood out during my experience, however, was the exceptional customer service. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I had to reach out multiple times to coordinate various deliveries and queries. During this time, Charlotte Velasco assisted me throughout the process.
Charlotte was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in managing multiple matters simultaneously. She ensured everything was handled smoothly, kept me well-informed, and followed up diligently until all issues were resolved. Her professionalism and positive attitude made what could have been a complicated process completely seamless.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated and customer-focused support. Charlotte is a real asset to Luxo Living, and I truly appreciate her efforts.

NSW Department of Fair Trade has publicly advised against trading with Luxo Living. For good reason too - our bed never arrived and no communication was provided.
We called the phone number and used live chat on the website (they weren’t answering email). Every time it was the same repeated script that the “matter was urgent” and we were being forwarded to the dispatch team and “not to worry” and they will “be in constant soon.” All lies.
Only when we placed a PayPal dispute and escalated to a claim did ‘Gil’ reach out trying to blackmail us into closing the claim. All correspondence was sent straight to PayPal for a full refund. This company is the definition of shady. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We have reported them to the ACCC and NSW Fair Trade as further evidence in their history of complaints.

Few days after posting a review here they contacted me to apologize and offer 100.00 as compensation for the horrible service.
But first I would have to change my review.
I guess why they still have good ratings here.
Do not buy from this company. They sent me a faulty bar stools with pieces that did not fit properly. I had to send multiple videos of me trying to put the chair together, then they sent a replacement piece and when that did not fit, they wanted more video evidence. Took over 2 months to get a refund and that only happened when I mentioned I would take the matter to the dept of fair trading. Dreadful customer service.
Easy ordering online and it arrived as per the expected delivery date. I had to contact customer service regarding the return procedure due to chairs not suiting and Thomas was happy to help me through the process. I was pleased with the customer service. Kelly Dixon

Charlotte provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her positive attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Jorovin was polite and prompt with all responses and I believe was making all efforts to resolve my complex issues. Great service.

Consistent non delivery, delayed delivery, unacceptable customers service. Do not buy from them.
Still waiting for delivery, was meant to be delivered on February 10 then got advised it was February 13 so I took the day off as they say delivery is between 8 am and 5:00 p.m. still no call still no delivery still no response to emails
Previous order was placed in October I then got a call early December from their sales representative booking it in for December 24 never arrived I followed up early February and threatened them with ACCC then delivered order in February that I ordered in October and there was no back order.
Previous order to that they sent the wrong outdoor tabletop the wrong colour after a three days of contacting them they agreed that they did the wrong thing and told me that I had to dispose of an 80 kilo tabletop as they wouldn't pick it up and got a very minimal refund advised I wanted a replacement but they said it was my responsibility to get rid of the 80 kilo tabletop that they sent in error then they adviseed that the table top was on back order so I then had to upgrade to a different table top which costs me an extra 500 dollars.
Stay well away not worth the hassle

They have since been in touch to come with a resolution with our issues. Consultant was Gil and was happy to resolve the issues

I spoke with Ramelyn over the phone as I was a little concerned about my delivery and some information that I had showing my order was dispatched on 1 January 1970!!! She was so lovely and helped me with my inquiry. The men who delivered were also friendly. I’m very happy with my lounge it’s stunning this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online and no regrets. Thank you Ramelyn for your exceptional customer service and kind nature. ☺️
Unfortunately I had to cancel an order due to delay issues but I was extremely happy with the support Charlotte gave me .
I had some trouble with my desk emailed them they straight away resolve the issue and sent me a new desk couldn’t be more happier with the way they handled this and how prompt everything was handled and the shipping. Thank you so much Don.
