The skin is awful. I paid for a full entire one piece cover for my Xbox controller and I got a bunch of random pieces that crease so easily. The skin itself does look cool but it is impossible to apply to my controller. I figured since I couldn’t get the main part on I would just go for the buttons. And guess what. It doesn’t even match up. It looks awful. And I paid an extra 14 dollars for shipping to go quicker and got it almost a month later. Do not order from here it is horrible. And the service itself is horrible. I emailed back regarding how long it’s taking and got a link to their “chat function” and there was no chat function to be seen and no help.

I got a Nintendo Switch Lite skin and it does NOT cover the whole thing and is very difficult to apply. Some pieces to cover some parts are missing or not the right size even though Switch Lites are a standardized size. The color is nice and with another case on top it looks passable since the back is the worst. if you don’t mind seeing the original color on spots you may be fine but i really don’t like my Switch Lites base color (it was second hand not my choice) so it’s frustrating.

I completely forgot i even ordered this like, a month ago this until it came in the mail. I was super excited but some of the panels dont fit properly no matter how its placed its like an inch off. I still like it but pretty overpriced for what I got in my opinion.

edit: just went back on the website and it says “1000s of 5 star reviews” and we can’t see any of them? yeah right.

Overpriced, never came in 5-10days, been almost 20 days now still no parcel shown up, considering charging back my card before 30 day period.

I purchased the skin for my switch 2. I am in Australia and I waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive Express post only to find that it does not fit. I have reached out to customer service for a refund and am awaiting response. Very disappointed.

Located Australia, paid for a nintendo switch skin on the 1st of May, its currently the 21st of May now. Completely forgot I even paid for this, as there is a huge lack or communication on their end. Just had a look at my email and turns out they have some stupid option in the shipping area of the transaction. Never once seen any company provide you a shipping option like such, They have it labelled as Free shipping in the cart, its automatically selected unless you choose the express shipping option for $14. As for the free shipping you automatically assume that you have put enough things in your cart for it to show as FREE, but no that free option is a scam, it has no tracking, no way of knowing wether or not your order was actually shipped other than the supposed email from them telling you they sent out your parcel, but as the free shipping is advertised as 5-10 days then how come 21 days later I have no parcel and no way of accessing tracking?? This company is a scam, do not buy from it you will loose your money and forget that you even spent money on this due to the minimal communication you will receive from them.

Terrible shipping details! AUS based but item never delivered within the promised 5-10days! Its almost a month since I placed the order and nothing arrived!!!!! Will never recommend to anyone!!

And after looking that it was a scam I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t receive it. But I just received my items today after a month being that it came from Australia!
I’m super happy with my items.

DONT USE this website. I feel like I got scammed using them. It takes them a month to send the item to you and then the actual item is pretty much garbage. I got the matcha green color and it looked closer to a grey with green tint, not like the pictures. Also it is nearly impossible to actually put the skin on, it folds easily and then becomes unusable. Also it looks cheap too. Don't waste your money. I asked for a refund, I dont think I will be getting it either. Just avoid

I purchased a kindle skin for $64 - NEVER arrived. They do not give you tracking. They only offer to send it again (untracked of course) and deny your right to a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Very rude customer service - cookie cutter responses. They are a SCAM!

My skin never arrived, it's been 2 months. They're ignoring my emails and support messages. My debit card company gave me a chargeback because they had evidence of non-delivery.

Stay Away and save your money. If you buy from this company they will send you something that is just a piece of shit. I send it back to them and it came straight back. Facebook is also to blame for allowing such filth onto there platform. Special place in hell for such low lifes.

Placed an order early December 2025, never received any tracking info except an estimated delivery time of early January. Never received the order, I reached out and was told the shipping was delayed and it could be an additional few weeks to receive. I again never received anything and now they are refusing to refund me and just offering to send it again. I filed a dispute with my bank.

Ordered a Nintendo switch skin 30 days ago, says 5-10 days postage.
No tracking, no updates. They literally just take the money, they wont answer emails, doubt its even a real company with real products.

Ordered two skins. They did not arrive although a tracking number was provided and they said they had created a label. Will not answer emails

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered an item on 15/12 and paid an extra $16 for express delivery to get here before Xmas. Parcel wasn't lodged until 19/12 and is still nowhere to be seen. It is now 29/12 and I have no response from the company despite sending multiple messages. Avoid at all costs.
