This is one of the best courses I have ever undertaken. The liveliness of the live classes and on-point, easy to understand videos by highly experienced lecturer makes it very practical. The course has given me fresh insight into leadership and management. It makes you feel a manager even without any legitimate position and I can only image how it feels for managers/leaders. This course is worth every second of your time. More so, people of diverse culture makes it even more interesting. I highly recommend it.

Luxury Academy online learning platform was extremely easy to use. I attended their certificate course in Leadership and Management and it was really practical and informative. The sections were easy to understand. I have never had an engaging instructor like Dr. Russell. He made the live classes very interesting, enjoyable, lovely and at the same time learning a lot of practical skills in leadership and management. Given that leadership and management is applicable to so many workplaces and situations in life I would definitely recommend. I am already applying some of the skills learned in my start-up and am observing great positive changes. Luxury Academy also offers scholarships.

When I enrolled for this program, I really don't expect much as I had gone through several other leadership trainings in the past with other training institutions, however, the first live session with Dr. Paul was an eye opener and the delivery of the subject had me in complete attention. Dr. Paul Russel, a man able to make you think critically, said that we'd be hearing his voice in our heads when we are about to make a rush decision, its already happened so many times! in 6 weeks he was able to teach me the importance of introspection, self-awareness, business acumen, leadership, and critical thinking, skills that have changed my life for the better. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Paul, and I sure miss his sense of humor! He also has a very intelligent smile, if that is even possible!

It's awesome to register for a course at Luxury Academy, London. The video lessons and weekly live classes by Dr.Paul Russell were comprehensive enough for me to understand the course content. What amazed me most was their efficiency in exam administration, timely release of results and issuance of certificate. I would recommend anybody willing to do a course at the college to register with them.

From delegated duties and responsibilities, I had to get somewhere to horn my leadership and managerial skills, The scholarship at Luxury Academy turned out to be the base for launching the journey, the course content, the model is very informative and from class to practically enduring the same at my work place, making the course very relevant in modern leadership and management positions.

I gave the course four stars as it was a good course and the way its conducted is very interactive and Dr Paul is an excellent teacher. The only issue I have is your grading system. If for example a question say give five reasons then you give four correct ones you still fail because you didn't name the five reasons. I believe you should award 4 out of 5.
