We had a wonderful stay — it was pure bliss! We didn’t leave for three days. The weather was perfect, and the pool was just right to keep the children happy (and busy). We had a few minor issues, but they were handled immediately and even with a bottle of Champagne! Such incredible service and amazing hosts. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Luxury Boltholes, they connected us for a wellness retreat at a private estate in West Sussex with a luxury brand.

We had a lovely stay at our luxury bolthole : Greenoaks. The house was everything we imagined. Seven adults and three children in the party with plenty of room both inside and out. The kids loved the snug area and the adults the hot tub. The team were more than helpful, the house was immaculate, we would definitely consider rebooking.

We had such a lovely time, booked it for a Valentine’s Day getaway and it exceeded our expectations. Quite a few gifts for the evening and following morning awaited us in the cabin too!

Fantastic location right on the sea front, stunning sunrises and perfect for all weathers. The property it self was very clean, lots of catering equipment if self catering. Advertised as an eight person holiday let, but dining adequate for six people. Central to explore Chichester and surrounding area. App was useful and easy to use.

This is such a beautiful property. It was the perfect location for a winter & Christmas photoshoot. The house has some pretty features like the downstairs fireplaces and the staircase has a Nordic feel. The super cosy bedrooms have lovely views over the fields and the whole cottage has a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to Luxury Boltholes for such a smooth booking.

Amazing experience from booking to checking out. The fantastic team have really thoughtfully crafted an experience which embodies ease, relaxation and joy. Couple points to note, I took them up on their complimentary offer of concierge service and upon request the lovely lady gave me a call late in the evening to ensure I had local recommendations for my stay. Secondly, we stayed at the Cabin in the Woods and it was the definition of cosy af. Hats off to the owners for designing that place top to bottom with comfort and ease in mind.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Curlews. It is a spectacular house, right on the beach, with amazing sea views from the first floor open plan living space and balcony and a choice of lovely terraces to sit outside. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed walks from the door along the sea path but the house was so beautiful, spacious and well equipped that we would have enjoyed a rainy day too, to watch the sea and read the books. We intend to rebook, and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

So well informed and taken care of by the whole Luxury Boltholes staff (especially Ele) - no question was too much hassle, and the recommendations and info they gave me ahead of time made the trip run like a dream.

The place itself was so unique - unlike anything I've stayed in through sites like AirBNB. Well worth the money, and will definitely be using them again.

Our 2 night stay at the cabin was absolutely amazing. So secluded we didn’t hear or see a single other person it was so relaxing. The cabin is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The fire pit & hot tub really topped it all off. We absolutely will be coming back again! Also great customer service, communication prior to our stay was amazing & I had one question when we arrived to which I got a reply within minutes! Highly recommend.

The two of us had a lovely break at the cabin. We really appreciated Kate organising a massage therapist for us! We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great stay at the cabin, it was very peaceful and the wild life was interesting. Some nice touches with the hamper, which included a bottle of bubbly and biscult etc. The hot tub was lovely especially relaxing in it in the evening, however we were unable to turn it off and it keep coming on all night with keep us awake.

I came across Luxury Boltholes beautiful account on Instagram and had to find out more… my husband and I are thinking about purchasing a holiday house in West Sussex but first wanted to make sure we had the right company to list with. The owners kindly allowed us to meet Kate at the property, and we knew straight away this was the right fit. Her friendly, collaborative approach was just what we were after. She also gave us lots of brilliant design ideas (the bonus of working with an interior designer!) and a useful insights. If we are successful in our offer to buy the house we will definitely be signing up to Luxury Boltholes straight away!

Exceptional properties and service - highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

From the moment we booked our holiday, the service has been brilliant. My partner and I have two children under 5, and never have a moment to ourselves. We were really impressed by the welcome app, which had lots of information about the holiday home (always nice to know what’s included when you have young kids), and top places to go in the local area. Luxury Boltholes also offer a free concierge service and were so helpful when I asked them to recommend a child friendly pub near Chichester. We’ll be back!
