First rate service

This was the first time we’d used Lianne and she did an excellent job in finding us a luxury holiday.

Nothing was too much trouble for Lianne even when we made significant changes to our plans. She was determined to find a holiday to fit our needs and I would highly recommend LuxuryDeals4U.

Wanted to try something a bit different…

Wanted to try something a bit different last year, I was a bit weary about who to use but found this wonderful business to support me. Checked reviews and saw awards and I wasn’t disappointed with them. Helped me to choose and Answered my million annoying questions lol and we booked our holiday and now a second holiday after a great first experience. Had a few issues-not related to them, but I needed help with and they even helped me sort it really putting my mind at ease x

Lianne and her team have gone above
And beyond when helping us to book our anniversary holiday to
Sandals ochi , she dealt with all our enquiries quickly and professionally and when we thought we might have to cancel our holiday she very quickly found us all the options and solutions, this meant we were able to go one our dream holiday, which not only was an amazing experience was great value for money with upgrade to butler room and anniversary discount - thanks lianne and Jackie we will definitely be booking with you again,

Highly recommend! Great service

This is the 3rd trip I've booked with Lianne, and the service has been outstanding. I keep coming back to book more holidays!
She's knowledgeable, always helpful, and really makes an effort to understand what you want and has always succeeded with my requirements and within budget. She's quick to respond to any queries and made the whole holiday booking process much easier. I will be booking more holidays with her in future, thanks for all your help Lianne!

I wish I could give them no stars

I wish I could give them no stars. Whatever you do, don't book with this lot. We booked a once in a lifetime trip last year. I specifically asked in July if we'd be affected by BA cancelling thousands of flights. I was assured not and told if they did we'd get a full refund. BA cancelled our flight in July and these lot did not notify us. Instead we paid over £10k for the balance of our holiday only to find that when our tickets were sent to us, we'd been booked to travel to an airport over 200 miles away from the resort, so instead of a 1 hour transfer we had a 5 hour transfer. We had to get the CEO of sandals involved to get any action on this and have had to shell out and extra £1000 for this cock up. We've had to take legal advice and I can't begin to tell you the stress and anguish this has caused. These lot can't do enough for you. out of hours e-mails etc. Until they get your money. Then it's a different story. When my wife advised today that she'd be paying the £1000 under protest and that we'd taken legal advice and will take this further on our return, she was accused of abusing Lianne. Thankfully Lianne can't delete this review, though I'm sure she'll delete the one on facebook. If anyone is in any doubt, or doesn't believe this, I am more than happy to share messages and e-mail conversations I've had with this godawful firm. Needless to say we will be reporting them to ABTA when we get back. Lianne doesn't believe in adhering to their code of conduct. I'm not posting this to be vindictive. I just don't want anyone else to go through all the stress and upset we have. My wife has been in floods of tears more than once over this.

I must admit I was apprehensive using a…

I must admit I was apprehensive using a page from Social Media, but was very pleasantly surprised. Lianne was excellent. I have looked around and could not find a better deal, wasn't pushy, and seemed very genuine about helping me source the best honeymoon we could get for our budget. Simple process, all documentation and a payment plant that we have control over. Thank you Lianne, your help was very much appreciated.

If I could leave a 1000 star review I would. I’ve never booked a holiday with an independent travel company before. But I’m so glad I did. Lianne and Louise have been outstanding. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Nothing at all is too much trouble for them.

My holiday was originally booked in July 2019. My resort didn’t open, so it was changed within two hours to a new resort , at no extra cost. Then it was cancelled twice, due to lockdown. Again rescheduled within a few hours, with no additional cost.

They truly are a dream team. I will not hesitate to book another holiday with them again. I doubt I’ll use another large travel company in the future. Please book with independent agents. You are guaranteed a superior service.

I would like to thank Lianne at Luxury…

I would like to thank Lianne at Luxury Deals4you as we would a holiday of a lifetime with her for this September but due to the pandemic we had a few issues with flights etc and also having to change location. Lianne kept us up to date every step if the way and every time we had to make a change always had a better deal for us. We were then turned away from the airport on the day we were due to travel as Barbados changed their Covid requirements. As you can imagine we were devastated but one call to Lianne and she had good news allowing us to transfer the holiday to next year at minimal costs. I have come to look at Luanne as a friend now would highly recommend her the company if you are looking to book a holiday. Thanks again all xxx

Lianne and Louise dream team!

We booked a holiday to Sandals Royal Barbados with Lianne. She managed to get us a great price on the holiday which is for our golden wedding, and good flights using Virgin from Manchester. Fast forward and flights started to be cancelled, this is where Lianne really stepped up to the plate. First flight cancelled then changed date and that was cancelled! All through this Lianne was in touch keeping us in the loop and searching for alternatives. She then booked us onto a BA flight then the next day that was cancelled- unbelievable. Another flight has been booked so 🤞. Got to say through it all Lianne and Louise have been amazing and I would hVe no problem recommending them and would use them again. Also Sandals have also been fantastic being flexible with dates.

Lianne is the woman for your holiday booking

We booked our holiday early July 2020 and decided to use a travel agent for security during the strange times of Covid, I am so glad we selected Luxury Deals 4 U, Lianne has been absolutely amazing in finding the best deal to start with and then a month before we were due to travel our flight was cancelled by Virgin and given an alternative flight 2 days later which did not fit our annual leave. Lianne explored every option to best fit our situation, continuously messaging and calling us to keep us in the loop. We are now so excited to be going on our holiday in less than a month on the original dates planned with a simple change of flight to BA, (well it was simple for us) Lianne worked tirelessly to ensure no stress was caused to us.
Lianne is your woman to find the best deal and to ensure everything is smooth sailing for your dream holidays. I will not be going back to booking holidays myself and will always be using Lianne to book our dream holidays. Thank you so much for all your support in the strange times.

I can only leave a 5 star review which in my eyes isn’t enough for Lianne and Lou. They have both dealt with the cancellation off my holiday with professionalism and nothing was ever a problem. The travel industry has been hit over the last 6 months and the pressure Lianne and Lou have been under well I can only comprehend but they have never wavered and delivered a 1st class service. Lianne even worked to help me when she was having a day of work and spending quality time with her family as she knew how important our trip was to us and my parents. I’ll never used any other company going forward and recommend luxury deals4u to everyone. Thank you ladies for everything you have done your amazing xxxx

Amazing customer service

I have booked many holidays through Lianne she has always delivered for us. Through covid she has moved and changed 3 holidays and has always got us the best outcome. Her prices are so much better than others I have tried and she is quick to reply to messages.
She is extremely customer focused and a delight to deal with.
I have recommended many of my friends and family. She is always there to answer questions whenever you need her.

For a start I am unable to leave zero…

For a start I am unable to leave zero stars so the 1 star is generous and not a reflection of how I really feel.
We booked a £6500 Sandals holiday per couple for myself and my daughter and her BF with Lianne Peters On Luxury deals 4 u July 2019 for Barbados Sandals resort In May 2020 (which my daughter found on Facebook with rave reviews about her customer service skills).
I spoke to Lianne Peters On the phone and questioned her regarding ABTA and ATOL registrations prior to booking and Lianne reassured me and provided the information I needed.
I researched reviews and there was nothing negative anywhere on the internet so I was happy to proceed.

We had a little alteration back in November when my daughter decided to get married during our stay and then a month later she decided it wasn’t really what she wanted. We agreed with Lianne we would have to pay a £100 per couple fee for the administration fees.

Our holidays were cancelled March 23rd via email and Lianne suggested my daughter let me know so initially I wasn’t copied in on this information. It was a catalogue of disasters from then on.
Lianne did not submit the refund request and she offered new alternatives for the following 3 weeks.
Each time we explained we were unable to commit to a further booking at this time and each time she was asked to provide proof that she had requested the refund.
We never received this. There were long delays in replies, Coupled with all sorts of personal excuses from her birthday, her child sick, a customer whose husband had killed himself.
She pointed out regularly that she was working 16-20 hours per day for no commission and how wonderful her other customers thought she was.

I had great sympathy with her until my daughter had seen on her Facebook page boasting that she had rebooked 90% of her clients.
When I queried this she wasn’t happy, emailing me in detail the sacrifices she has made etc. etc.

By the beginning of May I thought we had been patient enough so I contacted the company through their online email (no contact numbers) and a customer service manager named Louise emailed to explain she would look into it, no curtesy phone call To discuss Our complaint or apologies they were just emails.

I ended up suggesting I contact ABTA as 7 weeks was unacceptable and it appears Lianne Peters still had not submitted the refund request for either of us. I was not happy.
Sandals was blamed for the delay by the customer service manager Louise and she said she had put in the request.

By week 9 I checked with Martin Lewis website for advice and noted from the news that this company were not acting according to ABTA package holiday rules but I was reluctant to contact ABTA due to the Covid-19 and how busy they probably were and hoping that this would be rectified by the company and Sandals.

After a further couple of weeks of my daily requests for updates (Lianne even asked me to reduce my contact) my daughter and I received an email that our refund was waiting and could we contact a number quoting a reference with Our bank details.
The call was cut off after 37 minutes wait and then when we finally got through there had been a ‘mistake’ and our refunds were not ready.
I can’t help but feel this was to pacify us and stop my daily contact.

It took a further 2 weeks to receive our refund minus admin fees. My daughter had to wait a further 10 days for her refund due to another error in request from Sandals.

Due to the delays my daughter decided to review on Luxurydeals4u Facebook page and see if other customers had the same problem but she was to find She was unable to post a review and she had been blocked from the page.
Upon further investigation it appears that Lianne removes any negative reviews on her page and I have contacted Trading Standards (as I feel this is misleading as a business) they suggested I contact FB.
How is this acceptable?
A business can advertise but can ‘vet’ their reviews to reflect an excellent service when it isn’t true.
I would not recommend this company or Lianne or her manager Louise.

As a company who deals with luxury expensive holidays the aftercare service and misleading Facebook page is not representing them in true light.

I will continue to travel abroad when we are able but not with this company.......so unprofessional and deceitful.
Please beware Lianne Peters reviews are selective for her own personal gains.
Sandals really did not live up to their reputation at this time.
