I purchased my Chanel bag from Cait through one of her Instagram Live sales, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The bag arrived within just 3 days and, considering it was pre-loved, it was in magnificent condition. Both the exterior and interior were absolutely pristine.

It also came with a dust bag and a crossbody chain. In fact, the quality of the dust bag was even better than the ones I've received with some of my previous bags bought brand new directly from the manufacturer.

Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. I honestly couldn't fault a thing.

Was going to purchase an item and happened to mention that I had seen some negative reviews regarding returns process. Instead of offering reassurance they chose to ghost me. Makes you wonder how they would respond if you were to have a negative experience. Wouldn't recommend risking it.
