Item was badly delivered very cheap box for such an expensive item it was not well presented very very cheap change the apparences looks item was fake now I have doubt if item is real or fake

However, we would have loved that you contacted us directly with your concern first so that we could have made it right for you immediately. As per our call to you today, we reiterate our offer to provide a copy of our invoice from Gucci to prove the authenticity of the bag. You can also take the bag to any authenticator to get the authentication certificate from them, and we will refund the authentication fees to you.
We shipped the bag in the original Gucci environmentally friendly bag as it comes from the manufacturer. We also included the black Gucci shopping bag that you can use as a gift bag in case this is a gift. We understand that your complaint is on the packaging box that we used to ship the bag, so we will improve our packing box quality as per your suggestion. Thank you for that! We also want to remind you that we accept returns free of charge, and we have provided a shipping label for the return per your request. Excellent transaction. Fantastic communication, professional packaging, prompt shipment. Everything you’d expect from a high end boutique.
