I needed some mosaic tiles for a couple of renovation jobs. Searching the net and Trustpilot I was pleased to find Luxury tiles. The tiles looked very glamorous and just what I needed. And the turnaround speedy.
I ordered three lots of samples and one full sheet of different mosaics. A box arrived with one sample, generous size, but nothing else. Confused I emailed the firm. Later a packet arrived with two small samples. But no sheet. The firm did respond and explained that the full sheet was out of stock and as it was handmade could give me no due date. They have refunded my money. Nowhere did the website indicate that the sheet was out of stock. The customer services handled my query fairly speedily but sadly the job is not finished and I am not feeling confident in ordering from them again.

Very helpful on the phone, answering my questions about the tiles, making sure that I got the ones I needed.

Wonderful, high quality, German, glass tiles on a sheet as for swimming pools which makes it very easy to put on the wall. Very pleased with them.

The tiles are good quality and even though they were not the colour I envisaged when ordering they were the nearest in colour to what I already have so that is not a problem. Just begrudged the £30 odd postage which doubled the price of just wanting a few tiles.

I was looking around various shops looking for a particular tile to patch up repair work.
Most places you go into are very.little help or just can't be bothered.
I decided to go on line and Google the tile , they came up. I decided to give them a try.
From the moment I spoke to them I knew I was getting great service.
The tiles arrived on time, although not an exact match, but that's ok.
I thought this kind of service was dead.

Just what I needed - I have been looking for a close match for these tiles since I had them laid in my bathroom 20 years ago. Discontinued everywhere.
But these were a perfect match. Probably need to buy some more though as used them all up. Outrageously cheap too. But unfortunately most of the cost was delivery charge which is very high.

I have requested to purchase one single tile from Approx 6 companies online that sell tiles .
Each one as refused my request or wanted to charge 39.99 for delivery .
Luxury tiles have agreed to send me one single tile , I am over the moon .
The response from them was very quick , no hidden costs and delivery the price of a normal postage cost .
The customer service is outstanding .
If this is how I get treated with the purchase of one tile then imagine the high quality service you will get on larger orders fantastic customer service goes along way in anyone’s books .

I would highly recommend this company . I ordered a pack of tiles to match ones I had bought previously a few years ago and I had dropped a sink on them and cracked a few .I love the tiles so didn't want to replace the whole floor so was delighted when I found a match and for a very good price . Sale was simple and delivery was quick . Tiles are layed and look fantastic !

Only came across this company in late December. Ordering the tiles was very straightforward. Communication from the company was excellent. There was a minor glitch with the delivery but customer service was on the ball and sorted it out very quickly. The tiles were exactly as advertised and we are very happy. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Luxury Tiles. We ordered two boxes of tiles from them and paid a delivery fee of £25 which you would expect would guarantee they would be handled with care. Unfortunately however half the tiles were shattered on transit. When I requested support (I was expecting a replacement or a refund) they refused. I am very disappointed and will not be buying from them again.
