Unfortunately one of the chairs fell apart this week.
I contacted Luxus and Danielle of the Customer Care Team ensured that a replacement chair was ordered within an hour!

Great quality garden furniture.
We now have the Henley 10 seater Teak table and chairs (2 are end benches). Very impressed with the teak quality and its craftsmanship. The table design is very flexible and with stacking chairs and the end benches being used as occasional general seating, it can seat either 4 or up to 10/12 in different table and chair configurations. Very easy to put the table together. Delivery by Costa and Eric was 1st class.

Great customer service and the 8 seater…
Great customer service and the rectangle 8 seater dining table and chairs is great quality and really good value for money. I am delighted with the set. The only reason I have not given 5 stars as the delivery turned up in the evening after I had waited in all afternoon. The delivery team delivered a good service. I recommend but you may need to be patient with delivery times.

Unfortunately cannot recommend Australian Branch
I understand that the company is new to Australia. I cannot comment on the UK company but unfortunately cannot recommend purchasing from the Australian branch. We excitedly invested a huge amount of money in a new table & chairs in September. There was no communication at all after the order was placed. I thought we had been scammed. Finally, the order arrived in the end of October. However, it was the wrong table (square when meant to be oval) and a chair was visibly broken. Despite multiple emails, we have not received any response from the company. It has been a really dissapointing experience for such a large investment. We have already noticed the wood deteriorating and quality issues, such as large cracks forming in other chairs. We are down to only 8 chairs out of 10. We are devastated to have wasted so much money. With a lack of response from the company, we have been left with no choice than to leave negative reviews to ensure others are not duped by the glowing reviews of the UK branch (like we were).

Good product, good price, mostly good service
Our teak outdoor dining set was delivered and assembled as scheduled and we're very happy with the product. The collection and disposal of our old set was less smooth. The delivery van was too full to take away our old set, so a follow-up collection was scheduled. That team took away most of the old set, but left behind a few items that had been placed separately by the original installation team. They were in clear view for the collection team, but hidden from my view inside the house and I only discovered them later in the day.

Some problems but solutions found
I ordered a Teak patio dining set as a present from Luxus Home and Garden.
The company offered a great choice. We are pleased with the quality and its looks. I think it is good value for being of solid and durable teak wood.
The ordering process was straight forward. Delivery was given as “within 2 - 3 weeks”. But in the end it took 6 weeks. This brought a lot of stress and uncertainty.
However, their customer support was excellent and every communication with them was answered almost within minutes.
I rate the customer support with 5 stars.
When the furniture was finally delivered there was a small chip off the table. Disappointing. But Luxus Home and Garden offered replacement or a reduction in price. So a solution was immediately offered.

Excellent company and beautiful table
Luxus wasn't a brand I was aware of but the Oval dining table was the exact size and shape we needed and is solid wood and good value. Communication and delivery was great and we love the table - I think it looks more expensive than it was. All in all, I'd certainly recommend Luxus and will use again.
