I consider this very good value. The VM is fast and support even on a Saturday morning was less than 45 minutes. By paying monthly I was able to test out the service without major expenditure.
My only slight criticsim would be 1TB of data although adequate is a little low compared to other providers.

I can't help but give it 5 stars.
First of all, their customer support is absolutely amazing and is always there for you when you need it - its quick to respond. Second of all, their prices are absolutely awesome for what they offer. 4 Euro hosting is amazing.
Finally, this seems like one of those services where they actually care about the customer.

VPS go offline regularly without…
VPS go offline regularly without notification and do not reboot themselves. You have to login daily to make sure your instances are not offline.
There is no grace period in auto renewals, so if they don't process payments on time your entire VPS goes offline and you need to send an email to tech support. Or you make another payment and end up paying for 2 months. Support generally not helpful as they can't even cancel auto rebills... lots of problems.
Whats the point of a cheap box if it goes offline and requires hand holding?

I hear your frustration, and I want to address a few things you mentioned:
About the downtime - yeah, we had some hiccups this week. It's not typical for us, and we're usually pretty reliable.
But I get it, any downtime sucks when you're trying to get stuff done.
We're on it, working to fix things up and make sure it doesn't happen again.
It sounds like you might be having some specific issues with your service that we haven't heard about before.
We tried reaching out to you about it, but we haven't heard back from you.
If you're still having trouble, hit us up and we'll dig into it.
The auto-renewal thing - ugh, I know that can be a pain. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes payment processors like PayPal throw a wrench in the works. So it helps to keep an eye on when your service is set to expire, just in case.
I'm really bummed to hear our support team hasn't been helpful.
That's not okay, and it's definitely not how we want to do things.
If you're still having issues, let me know and I'll personally make sure you get the help you need.
We're not perfect, but we're always trying to get better.

Service was provided in a very timely manner. The interface is easy to navigate.
The server are exactly as promised - the price/performance ratio is excellent!
Once there was a small hiccup. Although I contacted them on a Sunday, they responded quickly and competently and solved the issue within 15min

One of the Best Germany VPS Provider
Damn, i never got enough with Germany VPS providers, and LuxVPS is one of them.
The support and hardware is top notch. I really love the custom VPS panel, it's just fresh and well thought.
Surely i can say it's better than Hetzner and Netcup in terms of pricing (performance per USD).
