I bought an item from them because google recommend it. They are a scam. Fake phone number, emails never replied. They violate the consumer right.You can't exchange, return and get hold of them. Luxx shapewear is a scam. They should be arrested, go to their Instagram and see the number of people complaining there.

I wish i verified this fake company before buying, waste of £80 in this hard times.

Items arrived late and were no longer required, I have requested to return the items and receive a refund but I have not had a response from them till date.

Bunch of thieving bastards based in Nigeria. Says it all really. Wished I'd researched this company more thoroughly before I made a purchase. Emailed the "support" email address countless times. Eventually got a response and an address where to return my purchase. Gave details of where they should refund my money...
Still waiting for the money despite many more emails to them again, but absolutely no response from them at all now
Telephone number doesn't work. Avoid at all costs. 😡

My waist trainer arrived broken. I took it out of the packaging to try on, undone the zip and it instantly came off in my hand.
I have tried contacting for a refund via both the online chat service and via email and have not had any response.
I also tried to do this review on their website but it would not let me.

I wish I had read more reviews before I made the purchase!!

I placed an order with Luxxshapers and the item arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't as I expected and did not fit so I wanted to return it - there was nothing wrong with the actual item it just didn't work for me.
Their website advises that they accept returns but you must contact them so that they can approve the return and they will then provide you with details on how to do this.
I have now emailed them 4 times and tried their live chat on their website but have not received any responses.
I am going to have to put this down to experience but do not want anyone else to lose out.

Deserves zero stars. Order never arrived, customer service email bounces back and live chat ignored me. TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY

My e-mails, chats, and contact page messages regarding my exchange are completely ignored. The contact Telephone ( UK number) is also stating incorrect number--. Dead end. I am not sure if I will ever receive any correspondence from Luxx, I have been waiting for 1 week now from the date they received the items back.

Item arrived over stated delivery time and the event I needed it for had passed. I didn’t even try it on when it did arrive.
I want to return it but my emails and Instagram messages are being totally ignored. The phone number on their website is out of service too. Total scam and lied on the website about customer satisfaction being their number 1 priority.

I’d give no stars if possible. Order placed Jan 24, tracking number provided with Evri. Still saying “we’re expecting it” when I look on Evri and it is now March 8. I have emailed twice ….no response.
Shocking and a real waste of my hard earned cash.
DO NOT BUY from this company. Totally disgraceful.

I ordered 1 item but was charged for 2.
The second item was supposed to be a dress, it looked like a poor quality rag.
Do not order from this company.

If I could give them zero I would. Please don't use, it's a total scam. No response to emails, appalling customer service when you do finally get a response. Uneducated and unprofessional. Product did not fit and no way to return. Gutted I didn't check trust pilot before using them.

Decided to return as item was bulky and very visible. I have lost count of how many emails i have sent as they do not respond.

This company is an absolute scam, I received the wrong item in my order back in February. I have emailed and message via their online chat on a weekly basis requesting a response but I havent heard back.
Don't waste your money and time with this company and go somewhere with decent reviews.

Absolutely disgraceful company! I returned an item and have had no refund for my item I have emailed, and chatted over 10 times and I am being completely ignored DO NOT order from this company!! Customer service is horrendous!

Scammers
I order 3 body shapers in October 2025, I waited forever and the items never arrived yet it was stating order delivered. I contacted them and they said in December 2025 that they located the order, according to them, it was not yet delivered and was on the way. I waited again and since then nothing. We are now in February 2026.
I hope no one will be scammed again by this company. Let them not full you with pictures and fake advert, they are Scammers !!!!!!!

Am disappointed with luxxshapers .made my order beginning of December and up to now hvnt got it,My email is ignored ,no one cares ,provided order number but up to now no communication even just an apology,am in the dark honestly .Wish i had seen these reviews before ordering.This is poor service delivery.

Do not buy from them. It’s a scam company. If you need to do return, no one replies to emails nor online chat.
There is no instructions for return with package, so you have no way to return without contacting them.
Phone number goes straight to giff gaff voicemail.
PLEASE AVOID ITS NOT GENUINE!

I like my item, it fits and is comfortable and does what it states

They're a scam company. Their email address bounced back and calls aren't answered. The item was way too small and not as stated on the sizing chart on their website and I cannot contact them for a refund so will have to try and do a charge back through my bank. AVOID.
