They bring offers for electricity and gas suppliers in a timely manner with realistic savings. They do all the work, you only need to check and agree the deal is better than your current one and accept - all the work of the tedious contract change is handled by them. Not only that, they look after you throughout the new contract should you have any queries. Been with them for 5+ years and have been satisfied and well looked after with information on new realistic deals that you can save with. You never have to accept but having done the work for you as to who is the cheapest supplier, you would be foolish not to listen - Thank you Barbara & Mark at Luz123

Very positive experiences
I’ve had a really positive experience with Luz123. The staff are fantastic — always friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful.
They go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and do everything they can to make the transition from one energy company to another as smooth and straightforward as possible. It’s reassuring to feel that someone is actually looking after things and is there to help whenever you need them.
