Khalique was really helpful very knowledgeable not too pushy but firm and kind enough to repeat him self over again where i did not understand. Offered different insurance policies and options over and over again until I was able to settle for what was best for me.

The lady who sorted the extension to my life insurance was amazing tended to absolutely everything down to arranging to call me in a few weeks to sort the trust fund out for my family for when I do leave this earthly plain

Good easy to understand, if couldn’t understand I only had to ask for them to explain.

Cold calls are not my favourite. I rarely accept them. At first I thought it was my own insurance company but soon realised it was not. The caller had some misinformation about my own policy which led me to think I needed to change, but it didn’t ring true with me, so I checked the details of my own policy later and realised it was still the best deal for me. So I contacted Lyfesure to let them know I would not be proceeding with the proposed policy. The caller was friendly, convincing, seemed helpful etc. but the ‘facts’ they had were erroneous. The new cost was significantly higher than my own despite their assurances of its benefits. May I suggested that sometimes cold callers can come across as patronising to senior adults. Words like ‘bless’ is something we don’t use in Scotland and can come across as if they are speaking to someone in their dotage - which I’m not. Otherwise the caller was fine, and clear and confident about what he wanted to sell. It just wasn’t what I needed.

Great informative staff

Customer service was good, explained everything too me didn't rush me into making any decisions.

I had already got insurance with them. One of their customer service agents contacted me due to my cover only been till I reached 60 and as I only had 4 years to go i would loose my cover policy. I spoke to one of the managers who was very helpful and discussed my options. I am now covered till I pass and.alao due to my cancer scare this year I am also covered for any hospitle stays etc and will get paid for any inconvenience. They have all been very helpful and friendly and check in regularly to make sure im covered and my family dont have to worry about anything.

Really friendly, understanding and clear in explaining information

Kahlique was a gentleman, no BS. He was a pleasure to speak with, which makes a change nowadays, especially with call centres.
I'd say 10 outta 10 but that's perfect and no one on this planet is perfect.lol
