What made this experience great was Anthony. I called him after being given a quote from another company of between £80 and £400 to mend a broken door handle. I booked an appointment with him on line and sent him some photos of the problem. He responded immediately and an appointment was arranged for him to call, assess the problem and provide a quote. He arrived on time, and assessed the door handles on the back door. He was able to see that the handles which had been installed only last year were broken and a piece of the internal mechanism was missing. Looks like the job undertaken by another person was not correct. The quote he gave me for supplying, fitting the new door handles was very reasonable, much cheaper than the other company. We made a further appointment for the fitting of the new handles. On the day he also sorted out the garage door which hadn't been closing properly, and made no charge. I am so pleased we found Anthony. He was very polite, professional and turned up at the allotted time. He also messaged before his arrival, so you knew when he was on his way. If you are looking for a genuine company to do a genuine job, look no further. Excellent service all round.
