From April 2022 onwards payments delay were existing at Lynk and I would like to thank Pranav for keeping me daily updated and processing my payouts in the mentioned timeline. Although the discrepancies and obstacles were present but Pranav and team had managed well and I was able to take calls seamlessly in the span of 1 year. Keep it Up.Cheers

6 Months late on advisor payments

Lynk is now 6 months behind on payments. Non-credible excuses keep coming whenever I ask for an update.

Please do not engage with this company as an advisor or customer. There are plenty of good alternatives that treat their network respectfully.

Here is another unpaid consultant. Have done a consultation more than 2 months ago and still didn't get paid. No response despite numerous follow up.

Overdue Lynk Global consultancy payment…

Overdue Lynk Global consultancy payment approaching 12 months. I have resisted commenting on this forum, despite noting the ongoing experiences of others, as it is not how I like to operate. But after the failure to meet another promised extended deadline (there have been quite a few) I am becoming increasingly frustrated. My Lynk contact has been prompt and polite in his responses to me and I expect he is the messenger for circumstances out of his control. I remain optimistic but have concerns for their solvency, Covid was the first excuse and now the Silicon Valley Bank.

They've been promissing to pay my fees…

They've been promissing to pay my fees for the past 3 months with excuses for the inordinate delay like Covid in China and now collapse of SVB Bank !!!
Even when they did give me a payment schedule, they broke up the dues into smaller denominations of 200 and 300$ and staggered the payments over months !
They seem to have obviously received the payment from their client but arent passing it onto the consultants
They responded to my earlier review and promissed to look into it, to appease me they made 2 small payments (10% of what they owe me) and then no communication at all!. this is so frustrating

Lynk terrible company

This company is terrible. They said to pay the consultation fee after 30 days but after 30 they said that due to covid they couldn't make the payment, even though the world transaction is back to normal. And now they send another email to me with the reason that Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is bankrupt so it can't make the payment. I think they are not willing to pay for consultants. I am willing to provide information to cooperate with everyone for a class action

Bogus company lying and making unfaithful payment commitments from past 9 months

I did 3 consultations for Lynk’s client in Aug’22 for which I was supposed to get the payments by Sep 10, however till date the payments have not been made. On every due date, when I had followed up with the Lynk team, they had asked for 30 days additional time however failed on all the commitments.

On my last conversation dated Jan 17, Lynk team had requested for one last and final commitment of making the payments by mid March, however yesterday they had come up with a further extension request of 90 days which is highly unethical and unprofessional demand and won’t be accepted in any case.

I hereby confirm to join hands with all the victims of Lynk global for filing a lawsuit against them.

Terrible company

Terrible company. They engage consultants and then don't pay them, despite the fact that they receive money from the clients promptly. I consulted with them in early December. They said they had issues with payments due to the Shanghai lockdowns (??) but these would be resolved by the end of the year. I'm still waiting for my payment now in March. They either don't respond or come up with new excuses to not pay. In the latest they said they would split my payment into a daily payment for a week cause they have a maximum limit per day (????). However this has not happened either. Do not engage with them.

I did contact the payment team as per their comment, but as usual received no answer. Do not engage with them

Stay away. This company is operating a Scam on LinkedIn.

I was contacted via to do a 1 hour consulting session for a client of theirs. Which I did in October 2022. I was told that payment would be done in 30-45 days. When I reached out in December to check on payment status, I was told that due to Covid and China payments are taking longer and that I should not expect payment until early March 2023. Now I am told that again because of Covid and China banking issues, I should not expect payment until June.

The funny thing is I was contacted again recently do do another consulting session. Out of curiosity, I asked this new representative what their payment terms are. She also confirmed 30-45 days.

This is clearly a runaround and a scam. I bet they do not have "Covid/China backing issues" to accept payment from their clients.

Lynk hasn’t proved to be trustworthy in terms of payment, customer relations and respect to their Knowledge Workers.

I’m waiting for consultation since October 2022 and all there was only empty responses to solve this issue.

Here’s another unpaid consultant. I contacted them repeatedly for 2 months after my assignment was completed without response. Then they said they couldn’t pay me until June because of COVID. This is ridiculous and I agree with the idea of a class action lawsuit. In the meantime, I highly recommend nobody do any work here.

Be Aware- Lynk does not pay consultants

I provided consultancy services in Sep 2022. However, I have not been paid for my services. Every time I am contacting them for the payment, they extend the deadline. I see so many people on this forum who are suffering like me. Can we do something collectively. After all we are not doing charity. Hope to work together to get our fee which is now long overdue.

Another unpaid Consultant. Let's form a Class Action.

I should have looked here before doing my consulting work in September. I'm having the same frustrating issues as everyone here. They provided perfect correspondence leading up to my consulting work, I provided the 1 hour of work (late at night, I might add) and now have not been paid. I emailed them in September following my work, November, December and now February. Each time they get back to me and say there is a delay in payment due to covid or banking in Shanghai. This is absurd. You can not ask people to do work and not pay them. I did not offer my services as charity. I was embarrassed to complain on a public platform until I now saw so many others having the same issue. I want to be part of a class action suit however I'm not seeing how I can DM anyone who is starting this.

UPDATE 2/23/23: 1 day after writing the review and telling them I was filing a class action suit with other people on this site, I got notification they paid me. Before that email, they told me it was now April.

Same story as so many others here. Did a consultation in early October 2022, started inquiring about payment after 30 days, at least 5 instances of no payment sent when promised, the latest of which was end of January 2023. "Banking issues in Shanghai" blamed in my case as well.

With the number of complaints I see here, I'm sure many others are experiencing the same but not complaining. At this point, I've spent more time trying to collect than I did consulting. Perhaps a small class action is in order? DM me if interested in pursuing.

2023.02.22 Update: Lynk has partially paid what is due, I am waiting on remaining payment (which they have promised). Many of you have reached out to me inquiring about class action. I have a close friend who is a small claims lawyer who says this case would likely be simple and quickly resolved. Please continue to DM me with your contact details if you want to be added to the list.

Avoid this company

I did 2 consultation for them in October 2022 and submitted my payment request via the portal as instructed. I had received nothing by November and so I chased them and they said that there were banking issues in Shanghai - from reading reviews it seems like this is their standard line when this happens. I was told that the EARLIEST that I could expect payment was late January 2023. This is totally unacceptable,Then I reach out in january and now its for april. Dont do business with them.

These people do not pay for the work you do for them

Stay away

Same as everyone else. Completed a consultation, looked up the fine print after a few weeks without payment and saw the standard payment time was about 30 days. Fine. That came and went after which I submitted a ticket. I did get responses but as with the others, it was always about banking issues in Shanghai causing delays, which this company has been telling people for at least a year now. When they told me on the third contact it was going to be pushed back again (to 7 months total past the original consultation) I let them know I would be complaining and suddenly it was escalated and I got paid within a few days. Would never chance it again, they seem to be playing games.

Say YES to LYNK. Highly recommended.

Firstly,high praises for Lucia, Pranav & Steve at LYNK. I was reached out by Lucia from LYNK for a consultancy. After a review from the client,everything got aligned in a very smooth manner. Had the option of an interpreter too.The pre-consultancy documentation and information was passed on very timely and professionally.Interacted with a very nice & professional gentleman for the overseas consultancy conversation.Post-consultancy shared all details with team LYNK and received timely acceptance. Now got contacted by Pranav from LYNK for the receivables. There was a slight delay(because of genuine reasons) but it was dealt very professionally by him, Steve and the support team with regular email updates.And as promised received the remuneration as stated before the consultancy initiated. It's always good to work with professionals and LYNK is highly recommended. In totality I had an amazing short experience with LYNK. My best wishes !!!
