We were devastated that this company actively let us down so badly having booked and confirmed a booking for a birthday celebration transport. Drivers we had with this company in the past have been fantastic, the company severely and unforgivable ruined a birthday celebration for my young son and his group of friends

Great service
Great service. We were picked up on time and the driver was very helpful to us. Wheelchair user in the group also.. I would 100% recommend the driver and service.
( esp as it was an airport collection at 1.35 am )

Lynk is my "go to" taxi company. They're always good.
Patrick, the driver today, was amazing. He got to where I was waiting in about 3 minutes (if that). He is a very positive person and helped bring my heavy purchase to the elevator. I'd give him a 12 out of 10 rating. And Lynk, you get a 10 out of 10.

Fail! Preordered a taxi for 18:15pm today
Preordered a taxi for 18:15pm today. No txt, no car at 18:17pm. Checked the website and it said driver is on the way and will be there in 5. Received a txt at 18:20pm, with a link to track my driver, vehicle was now 7 Minutes away. Called in to speak to someone, customer rep said it’s 5 Minutes away, acted surprised that I wanted to cancel but quite rudely confirmed and hung up on me. Wanted to support an Irish company, but I guess FreeNow it is. Got picked up within 2 Minutes.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry this was your experience. A pre-booked taxi arriving late with no proactive update isn't good enough, and being hung up on when you wanted to cancel is not how our team should be handling calls.

Prebooked taxis
Prebooked taxis, journey out driver arrived early and clearly just wanted to finish his shift (said as much), didn't wait for passengers to belt up and drove to destination like a rally driver, but at least he showed and got us to our destination which is more than the Prebooked return taxi did as that didn't turn up and left us stranded, no excuses, no apologies no solutions offered....but from reading other reviews here now, that seems common, I won't be using these again.
