Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Shepton Mallet Avis

Thato, Maddie and entire team was very professional during my process of conveyancing. They handle my case with utmost professionalism and it was super fast. In just about 10weeks the whole process was concluded. I am very impressed with the speed and response.

I had an outstanding experience working with Emelia Lewis, Legal Assistant. From start to finish, Emelia was professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient. She kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and dedicated to client care. I felt confident throughout knowing everything was in capable hands.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emelia to anyone in need of legal support - truly excellent service

I recently registered a purchase of agricultural land at my premises.
Laura Walker led me through the procedure and assisted me in all aspects of the process.
Laura was very clear on all requirements and was very helpful on ensuring that all documentation was concluded promptly and correctly.
I would strongly recommend the service provided.

We had an excellent experience with Lyons Bowe and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From start to finish, their professionalism, clear communication, and consistent support made what is often a very stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
Our case was particularly challenging, as our previous solicitors had caused significant delays that compromised the entire chain. Despite this, Lyons Bowe handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. They stepped in, took control, and managed to complete our purchase within just five weeks, which was truly impressive.
We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and responsiveness shown at every stage. A special thank you to Ellie Weeks (Legal Assistant from the Completion Team), Geraldine Van Zyl (Conveyancing Executive from the Legal Team), and Prerana Das (Legal Assistant who supported us with the new instructions and initial documentation). Your hard work, attention to detail, and support made all the difference.
Thank you to the whole team for your commitment and outstanding service.

I recently completed a house move and used Lyons Bowe for the conveyancing. From start to finish a great experience, everything dealt with quickly and efficiently. If I had any questions I could phone and they were always available to assist. Big shout out to Sian Shepard and Jayden Lyons who got the purchase completed quickly for me. Would recommend to anyone.

We were totally in the dark about how to make out our wills , but thankfully Georgina guided us through the process with her expertise and knowledge to make it a totally stress free process - would highly recommend Lyons Bowe solicitors .

Great for my house sale and onward purchase. They picked up two critical issues with my purchase which were then resolved before completion. Not the cheapest, but totally worth the money.

Good communication and positive manner and feedback throughout the process

The whole team were amazing from start to finish with this tricky sale! Thank you to Zoe for getting everything sorted and answering all the questions needed!

I was guided through the whole experience of purchasing a property with a special shout-out to Jonas Lee; if he was not available there was always someone from the team to cover.

Excellent service. Everything went smoothly. Never needed either a face to face meeting or email questions. Thanks.

We have had Mirror Wills drawn up by Lyons Bowe and have been extremely pleased with the process. The Teams meeting with Andrea was clear and informative and friendly and she has been more than willing to answer any questions we have had, by email, throughout the process. We have also had dealings with Imogene who was also very professional.

From the start of our purchase to the end communication was frequent and clear. Lily and Jenna were very friendly and we did not have to chase for updates at all.
We really liked the fact that Lyons Bowe have their own app, so you can see exactly what needs to be done and receive notifications as soon as there is an update. I cannot recommend Lyones Bowe enough.

We cannot thank Finn enough for the incredible support provided during the exchange and completion stage of our sale and purchase. This is often the most stressful part of the entire process, but Finn handled everything with absolute professionalism, efficiency, and calm reassurance.
Communication was clear, prompt, and thorough throughout. We were kept fully informed at every step, and any questions we had were answered quickly and in a way that made everything easy to understand. Finn’s attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that both our sale and purchase progressed smoothly and completed without issue.
What really stood out was Finn’s dedication and commitment - we genuinely felt that our transaction was in the safest possible hands. The level of organisation and coordination involved at exchange and completion was handled seamlessly, which made a potentially overwhelming experience feel completely manageable.
We are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend Finn to anyone buying or selling a property. Utterly fantastic from start to finish.
