Made a withdrawal today, i contacted support about my withdrawal, the name of the Person was Ron, he was extremly rude , ended the live chat, i am a good customer of rolletto, this person should get some customer service training on how to deal with customers, or maybe he should not be in this job!

I opened an account with Rolletto last September and happened that they gave me a €10 free bet which I used to take a 5 team acca on Italy Serie D. I happened to win it and with it I won 2 more bets. This increased first deposit. I took 2 more Champions League or National teams bet and won as well. I was informed that I could only place minimum 2 bets doubles with minimum odds of 1.30 for each selection. This restriction was only for less popular league. For example I could bet a single on English Premier League but couldn’t bet a single in Morocco League. If you want I can also provide detailed screenshots of the bets I took. In the mean time I kept playing doubles for small leagues and singles for mainstream leagues. I also managed to make some withdrawals during this time.
Now it happened that I had some good balance in my account and today I went to withdraw a part of it. A couple of minutes later I received that my account was closed and my winnings taken. Also 20% of my initial deposit was taken by the casino.
The accusation was that I breached point 9 & 10 of their T&C. This states that I have multiple accounts and different IP addresses. This is a false accusation as I got just 1 account which I use at home, at work, on my laptop and mobile phone. I only use the account as well. In their T&C there is also listed that I am "using a strategy aimed at gaining unfair winnings" which if you want further proof that this is false I can send you all the bets I took.
The only strategy I was taking was that since that they restricted the account of taking only doubles at minimum 1.30 odds i was taking bets around those prices but I wasn’t breaching any rule as I was playing what they told me to do.
I find this all unfair as I honestly didnt breach any rules and this looks more like a scam than a casino protecting his T&C.
When I went to withdraw my remaining balance they also denied me that so they not only took 20% of my deposit but the whole amount. It’s a scam casino

Having unfortunately played many may casinos, I can safely say that Rolletto is up there with the worst. Deposited over £2000 and can’t anything at all on the slots. It’s completely rigged. I understand that there’s a house edge by this is just plain robbery! Do not give these Curacao casinos your money. They prey on problem gamblers and don’t intend on letting you win. If on the off chance you do, they’ll do everything in their power not to pay. The regulator will also side with them on everything!

Rolletto are bully's, they kept me from making a small withdrawal I made with raw cash, my account had been verified over 1 and half years, I took a break from playing came back made 2 deposits 120 euro all was taken from my account had a small win to 250 made a withdrawal and once I did that they unverified my account and asked me for everything to be done again, upon doing so should be straightforward it wasn't they locked me out of the site then allowed me back in they wouldn't accept my documents kept on rejecting them, then wouldn't answer my emails, made a complaint and it all was the same person doing this was unable to get my word across just this site can't be reached, they are ignorant childish and playing with people life's, I rate this casino no stars if I could, karma with being and god love the person who had it for me because life has its ways of getting the return to sender,
