First experience turned bad experience
I placed order on 29 April 2026 of French Blue Check 100% Cotton Trousers MCT-65, on 7 May 2026 received a mail that they canceled my order, as they claimed they called me but I never received any call from them, there order delivery date was from 6-10 may, waited for more than a week for order to be canceled, wasted my time I could have visited market and purchase from there,
First experience turned out to be bad.

We did attempt to contact you for order confirmation and a call was made on 29 April at 8:55 PM on the provided number. Unfortunately, as we could not establish contact, the order was canceled as per our verification process.
That said, we completely understand that missing a single call should not have resulted in such a disappointing first experience, especially after you waited several days expecting delivery. Your feedback is genuinely valuable, and we will work on improving our confirmation and follow-up process to avoid situations like this in the future.
