The team at Macade was receptive to an issue with my packaging (due to the courier) and were able to help me resolve my issue in a polite and timely fashion. Very pleasant experience collectively and credit to their team behind the screen.

Macade makes the absolute best golf gear for ladies. Their polos are not wide and boxy, but fit like they are tailored and feminine. Their material feels like it has built in cooling and the fabric is so soft. Their shorts and jogger pants are 10/10 as wel! Love it all. I won’t buy anything else. Their customer service is top notch too when I had a question. Thanks Macade and keep up the good work!

Gute Qualität der Kleidung, jedoch sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Ich habe zwei Hosen zurückgeschickt, die Ware ist seit einem Monat beim Verkäufer aber bisher habe ich keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Auf Anfragen per E-Mail erhält man jedes Mal die gleiche Standardantwort, dass Rückerstattungen 14 Tage Bearbeitubgszeit brauchen! Diese sind aber nunmehr weit überschritten und auf weitere Anfragen wurde gar nicht mehr reagiert!
Zukünftig bestelle ich hier nicht mehr!

First off I must say that I love their clothes, but their customer service is horrendous. If they don’t blend both the quality of the clothes the customer service together this company will go out of business. I’m still waiting over a month for a refund of about $185 And then I ordered a pair of women’s small black flex joggers and they sent me men’s teal joggers and now I cannot get a return label from them. I’m a woman and they sent me men’s pants. I have another return that’s going back to them and I hope I get my money for that. There is no phone number no one gets back to me With my issues and I’m up to my ears with this company. I have purchased a lot of clothes, but this will be it for me unless they refund my money and get me the return label then I may order a few more items, but I highly doubt it because of their customer service issues And no telephone number

Ich habe einen Windbraker gekauft, der meiner Erwartung an einen Windbraker - auch im Vergleich zu meinen anderen Windbrakern - nicht entsprach. Feststellen konnte ich das natürlich erst, nachdem ich ihn ausprobiert habe. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice, wurde mir freundlichst erläutert, wie ein Windbraker funktioniert. Als regelmäßiger Kunde, hätte ich eigentlich eine Rücknahme des Produktes erwartet. Schade. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I am underwhelmed at the quality of the polo shirts after wash. Even cool wash and cool iron the shirts crease up a lot. Not the quality of some other brands…

I loveee these shorts!! I bought their pants because I kept seeing their ad and wanted to try them, and omg I love my Macade pants. I love how tight and athletic they feel, while being a great fit. I bought their Bone White Shorts and let me tell you, I couldn't shut up about it. I've been wearing them anytime I can and love the fit, feel, and color. I already bought two more colors of shorts. The shorts aren't too tight that they become spandex, but they're not loose enough to be baggy. Perfect fit and love the Bone White. The shipping literally came two days after buying it and they give you a bag of tees with it :) My only issue is that I would love to buy more, but they're so expensive and got my first pair on sale and even after buying 3 pairs of shorts. I still will buy them but im gonna have to wait awhile. I think they are worth a lot because of their quality but i would reccomend buying womens pants and shorts and wait for a sale to load up on anymore. I love them and I'm so glad I bought them! i dont regret it :))

Zunächst überzeugt die Kleidung durch erstklassige Qualität. Der Stil ist besonders ansprechend. Die Bestellung wurde am nächsten Tag geliefert. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden.

After the eighth order, I wanted to write a review on this top brand. I recommend it to all my golfing friends.

I've purchased macade product over 3 years.
The shipments arrive in around 7 days from the USA and can be tracked all the way.
The quality and fit are great and you get value and quality if you pay the right price.
Recently they had delays in deliveries when a new IY system was implemented but the last 2 deliveries arrived on time.
Thanks Macade you have a great brand, aand a great design range.
I'll continue to buy the product.

sehr schöner Pulli - allerdings nach zweimal Tragen ist eine Naht aufgegangen und hat eine Laufmasche ausgelöst. Bei einem Preis von 95,00 Euro darf so etwas nicht passieren.

second purchase from these guys and am happy again at the quality of the kit; note, if ordering from the UK, its takes a little longer than usual as the items are shipped from sweden, that said, my stuff arrived via DHL within 5 days of ordering. I ordered another pair of the golf joggers and a polo. Really nice. And, you get a free pack of tees

Ordered a few items from the website recently, after three days of no shipment confirmation I emailed customer service. They got back to me within twelve hours stating there was a delay due to a system transition to the U.S. in order to provide faster shipping times for those of us in North America.

Three days later my order shipped from their U.S. hub and is due to be delivered early next week, great customer service once I reached out to them.

Placed an order 7 days ago. No news regarding dispatch, and no answer on any channels. No customer service available.

The money has already been taken from my account.

While it took a long time for my order to reach me, I was blown away by the quality of the product. Super comfortable and stylish look!

Their support reached out to me and explained the situation with deliveries, which seems to have been temporary. I recently ordered again, and I’m looking forward to trying a new product.

Horrendous customer service. They accepted payment for my order then sat around not answering any email, calls, messages when sent and still haven't shipped my order. I made my purchase 11 days ago. No one there seems to care that they have made a mistake or even know what I'm talking about. Do business elsewhere.

Ordered several items to try. Returned them on 7/11/24. They were delivered back to the warehouse on 7/15 (per FedEx tracking). Since then I've had no communication, no refund, and have been unable to contact them on multiple platforms. Bordering on fraud/scam at this point.

Ordered goods on 22/07 to be delivered using their 1-2 day express service. It is now 26/07 and the goods still haven't been despatched and no one seems to bother responding.

Try supporting smaller brands but Nike et al delivery when they say they will.
