Mark fitted our new combi boiler. Kept us informed of time of arrival. All work carried out with consideration to our property, he did take care of everything, cover all the carpet in the house and the most important for us he was very tidy in everything place that he was working in the property. Everything left clean and tidy.

Mark recently removed our old, completely unreliable boiler and installed a new one, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
He took great care in the house by covering all work surfaces before starting, which showed real professionalism and respect for the property. The installation itself was carried out efficiently, and Mark made all the necessary adjustments to the pipework without needing to alter the layout of the kitchen or cupboards, which we really appreciated.
The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Mark was reliable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing boiler work and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Our boiler broke on Christmas eve and a large national company was offering the fastest installation.Mark was assigned the job and was in touch prior to the day and arrived promptly. Mark installed our new combi boiler and also went out of his way to call the maker of our old boiler to get information for us that we had been struggling with. Mark installed a new combi boiler at my property. He is punctual, professional, friendly and highly skilled. His communication is excellent and you wouldn’t even know anyone had been in the house after he left. Plus he did the job on a bank holiday. Highly recommend.

Was very professional both in terms of workmanship and attention to tidiness

Mark was the designated installer for our air source heat pump system, booked through a larger national 3rd party supplier. Mark was professional throughout, tidy with his work and extremely knowledgable. He communicated a lot with us through the process and talked us through how to get the most out of our heat pump and system even once commissioned. This is invaluable as it is much different to having a gas boiler and is allowing us to get maximum efficiencies whilst maintaining a warm house.

I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking at an upgrade to a heat pump. Do yourself a favour and go to him direct for the best price and cut out the large company middle man. Thanks again.
