Not a Legitimite IDP Provider in Saudi Arabia
As per the internationaldrivingpermit.org which is the official body of the reognized agencies to issue an IDP you are not listed there, accordingly your IDP is not an official one just a translation like many other scam sites.

تأخر في الطلب
حاطين توصلك نسخة الكترونية في الحال، لكن ماوصلت حتى بعد يومين، تواصلت مع الواتساب وكان فيه شخص سيء جدا ولا يقدرك ويرد عليك برد سيء ينم عن سوء في امثاله
