Ich bin nach dem Lesen eines ausführlich recherchierten Berichts zu Maclear ernsthaft abgeschreckt. Die Parallelen zu Grupeer sind beängstigend: estnische Verflechtungen, undurchsichtige Firmenstrukturen, häufige Änderungen im Handelsregister und Beschwerden über verspätete Auszahlungen. Besonders beunruhigend: Einige Kreditnehmer-Projekte scheinen identisch oder ähnlich wie bei Grupeer – teils mit neuen Namen. Das riecht stark nach einem möglichen Maclear P2P Betrug.
Für mich ist klar: Ich werde keine weiteren Investitionen tätigen und sofortige Auszahlung beantragen. Wer bei Maclear investiert ist, sollte dringend prüfen, wie er sein Kapital schützen kann.

After reading a well-researched article, I’m seriously concerned about Maclear AG. There are shocking similarities to the Grupeer scam: Estonian connections, opaque corporate changes, and growing reports of delayed withdrawals. Even more worrying: several loan recipients seem to have also appeared in Grupeer's portfolio, just under slightly changed names.
This could easily be a Maclear P2P scam in the making. I’ve decided to stop all future investments and requested a full withdrawal immediately. Anyone invested should take urgent steps to secure documents and act cautiously.

Serious Warning Signs – Better Not to Invest Here
I’ve been researching Maclear AG, a Swiss P2P lending platform, and unfortunately, I’ve come across several red flags that raise serious concerns about the safety of investing here.
Maclear promises double-digit returns and claims to follow strict Swiss AML rules, but deeper investigation shows troubling similarities to the notorious Grupeer scandal from 2020, where 15,000 investors lost around €80 million. What’s worrying is that key individuals behind Maclear—like Denis Ustjev and Aleksandr Lang—have Estonian connections, just like the people behind Grupeer.
There are also numerous irregularities in the Swiss commercial register, including frequent changes in management, capital adjustments, and company relocations. Some “borrowers” listed on the Maclear site have even been linked to Grupeer before, under slightly altered names.
Recently, investors have started reporting delayed withdrawals, poor communication, and inconsistent project information. Financial experts are warning that a complete halt in payouts could be coming soon—possibly within weeks.
Given all these risks and the mounting evidence, I strongly advise against putting any money into Maclear. If you’re already invested, I recommend requesting a withdrawal immediately and keeping records of all transactions. Better to be cautious now than to regret it later.
