We strongly object to this review, even in its revised form, as it continues to make false and misleading claims — particularly regarding the alleged “invalid Amazon codes.”

➤ You received two valid Amazon.com USD gift codes, correctly delivered to the email you used. These were working codes, as confirmed by our provider. The issue arose solely because you attempted to redeem them on Amazon.co.uk, which is not compatible. This was clearly stated on our platform, in our FAQs, and in the confirmation email — including the Amazon.com redemption URL.

➤ Despite your error, we still sent you a third gift card for £3 on Amazon.co.uk — more than your total earnings. This code was also successfully delivered and never mentioned in your review.

➤ Your claim of receiving two “invalid” codes is provably false and damaging to a reward-based business like ours. We’re happy to provide full documentation of all communications and gift card deliveries to any interested party.

While we fully support open feedback, we will defend ourselves against false claims. We stand by the quality and integrity of our service — and invite users to experience it directly.

That said, we’d also love the chance to explain a bit about how Madai works behind the scenes.

Unlike most survey platforms that show users a list of “high-reward” surveys (which often lead to failed attempts or disqualifications), Madai works differently.
Our model focuses on finding the best real-time match between your profile and the hundreds of thousands of available surveys at any given moment with one main goal:

Making sure you can actually complete a survey every time you try, not just browse options.

This approach takes time to optimize and may not show its full potential right away. But users who stay with it typically see more consistent completions and better results over time. Also thanks to our Community Pot that again is designed to provide users the best experience possible, even in the case of low survey rewards.

In fact, Madai has been independently recognized for paying an average of 4 times more per completed survey than traditional platforms thanks to our hybrid model of personal and community-based earnings.

Your experience may simply reflect a moment where only one matchable survey was available and while the reward might have been low, it was at least fully completable.

We know that the survey industry, as it exists today, is deeply flawed, especially for users like you who participate in good faith. It's a system that too often exploits users' time, provides little transparency, and is driven by outdated logic and data-harvesting models. That’s exactly why Madai was created: to improve the survey experience and move away from outdated models that collect personal data indiscriminately and often disrespect user privacy.

Right now, we’re integrated with providers that offer tens of thousands of surveys daily. Our technology selects less than 5% of them, aiming to filter out low-quality or problematic ones, like the one you unfortunately encountered. While we're not perfect yet, we're constantly improving, and we know this process will take time, trust, and collaboration from users like you.
In the coming months, we’ll be introducing a survey scoring system, where users can help us evaluate survey quality and be rewarded for it.

We’re sorry for the confusion. Because Madai doesn’t collect personal data up front, we track guest rewards via your browser session, so individual earnings won’t carry over if you switch browsers or devices while community bonuses (CrowdRewarding™) remain intact.

Right after your first survey, we suggest registering with your email so your personal rewards stay tied to your account and never get lost.
