l waited 4wks for my TAT to arrive.When it did it bore no resemblance to the garment l ordered.The fabric is awful, it's the wrong size& the bag holding the garment had been well used.Now the TAT has arrived, they dont want to know.BE WARNED.

Like other reviewers I have also had a bad experience with this company. The dress I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it was not at all as described. The material is thin and the dress very poorly made. Curiously I looked at what looked like the same dress on a different website and my search was picked up by Made by Jessica. Judging from others' experience I do not expect to get my money back. If I had realised it was coming from Hong Kong I would not have ordered it. I shall be careful to check on websites in future.

Disgraceful, misleading, DO NOT BUY!!!
I initially bought a dress to attend a wedding costing me around £40 as a student that’s not a small amount of money I just want wasted. I first bought the dress believing it would come from London, I soon realised they are no where near London. I assumed it would come quick and I would have a good dress to use for the wedding and future purposes however I soon learned that the dress was coming from Hong Kong with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. I waited 14 days. Not only did it not arrive in time for the wedding but when it did eventually arrive the quality and appearance of the dress was appalling and nothing like they advertised. The colours of the dress were mainly pink and purple with green. Online the colours looked gorgeous. In person? I looked like a neon mess in the cheapest most synthetic material known to mankind. After emailing customer services they said they could give me a 15% refund and to keep the dress! I do not want to keep it. I’ve asked for a full refund and they sent a returns form and no label. The returns form has an address to America while on the website it says returns to Hong Kong. No doubt they’re just trying to cause problems to keep my money. I’m now waiting for a response from customer service but after reading others reviews I’m not holding out hope as they say after requesting a refund they got radio silence. I cannot express the dissatisfaction and disappointment I feel in this company and very much wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I would attach a picture of the dress but don’t think I can. Even a dress I bought from temu (which I wore for the wedding) was much nicer and better quality. Safe to say I’ve learnt my lesson and will never repurchase from this appalling excuse of a company. Disgusted.

If I could put minus stars I would, do not buy from them they are a scam! I’ve had to raise a dispute with the bank to get my money back. Reselling cheap tat off Shein at higher prices

Once again I am writing to add to my previous posts. Despite e mail correspondence of over 40 emails this company have refused to refund my purchase, regarding two totally unacceptable products - with neither garment looking one bit like the image shown on screen. I do however keep being offered discounts on any subsequently purchase - as if that is likely!! I will retain the garments for a little longer before donating to a homeless shelter complete with labels - they may do some good there.

Complete scam not London boutique and a lady closing as welcoming her first child- complete rubbish. Chinese website posing as London boutique, free 30 day refund a complete joke, they never respond and if they do they ask the same silly questions stalling for time
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE- cheap material, ill fitting and nothing like what was advertised.

I will continue to write this review of the SCAM company that trades as Made By Jessica, and I will do so until the site gets taken down.
You will NOT get what you order.
You will NOT be able to send it back for a refund.
You cannot reason with an AI CHATBOT.
There is NO shop.
Jessica is NOT pregnant.
Do not bother arguing with them - simply contact your credit card company, send them a copy of the order page which clearly states 'Free 30-day returns' and 'True to size' and you will get a refund (as well as keeping the garment which you can donate to a charity shop.

The dresses were beautifully made and they fitted perfectly I loved the designs and the pattern on the fabric. I was disappointed that they were not made from cotton which would have been cooler to wear, they are so thin you can see through the fabric so I will have to wear something underneath them. Apart from the fabric they are lovely dresses

While customer service was extremely attentive and communicative up until my order arrived, the experience completely changed once I needed to make a return. The fit of the clothing was terrible and the quality was shockingly poor. Unfortunately, trying to get a response from them now is nearly impossible, they have completely gone silent. The dress took ages to arrive. The fabric is ok, but not good quality - apart from the fact it doesn't crease so I suppose useful for holidays. It was too small and I contacted Jessica for a return and refund. They took a long time to respond to my email and when they did they wanted me to photograph the size tag (which i did) send me measurements of the dress and also a photo of me wearing it. Sorry, not necessary, I have never been asked to do this - ever. A simple return and refund was all that was required. I won't be ordering anything from FB market place again, very disappointing.

This is not a uk company, returns are a small fortune and the quality isn't worth the price tag, any problems, emailing customer service is a joke, they do reply but each time repeating the first email asking how can they help and never sorting the issue. They offer discount codes not refunds and will offer bigger discounts for reviews. Do not buy anything

Ordered 2 dresses that looked like cotton or similar but weren't. Poor material quality. Took weeks to arrive, too- thought they were coming from London but, no! HK!!
Trying to return but phone number disconnected and no answer to at least 4 emails. Any advice?

The dress I ordered was 6cm longer than advertised so I could not wear it safely. I contacted with 15 hours of receiving the parcel (it was delivered at 6pm and I contacted the next morning). I requested a refund. They offered a replacement dress. 29 emails later I have received neither!

I ordered a dress from Made by Jessica that the website didn’t state was polyester. When it arrived and I discovered the material, I emailed immediately to return it. The site advertised “free returns” at the time of purchase, but customer service replied that due to a recent policy change they couldn’t offer a cash refund and instead offered a discount on a future purchase. I don’t want a discount and will not be buying again - I simply want to return the dress for a refund as advertised.
I’ve now exchanged several emails with them; they asked for photos of the product (twice) and keep delaying a clear resolution. It feels like stalling in the hope I’ll give up. Disappointed by the misleading product information and the refusal to honour the returns policy.

As soon as I had ordered the item on line I was urged to write a good review and was offered an incentive (a further discount) before I had even received it. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and I chased it up 3 times without getting an estimated delivery date. When it finally arrived it was not the same fabric as the photo and was very poorly made. The garments must be made a very long way from London as I was told that I counted as an international delivery and that’s why it took so long. The address for returns is USA so the connection with London is flimsy. I wonder if there really is someone called “Jessica” at all.

Avoid this website.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. As mentioned in previous reviews it is not a London based boutique and returns even with faulty items are expensive as international shipping charges apply. The dresses were poor quality and not worth the money.

These people are a scam. My wife bought two dresses which were ill-fitting and were made of poor material so she wanted to return them. We received AI generated responses asking for irrelevant information since they already had the order number. We asked for Return details which they ignored and eventually stopped responding. Don't go near them!

Following on the reviews below I also bought what I thought was a gorgeous dress on this website with that pregnant lady advertising beautiful dresses and I got caught in it! Dress arrived, ill fitted, emailed the company back and forth about returning it. They kept offering me various discounts but I decided to send it back (at my own cost of £12.95) to their “Los Angeles” warehouse and upon checking the dress promising me they’ll refund me fully. They subsequently sent me the dress back and despite a lot of emails chasing from me I also got no replies and I am now stuck with some cheap tat!!

Made by Jessica, I got drawn in by the website , found a dress , Sale price , was £79.95 reduced to £39.95 . Thought it perfect as an alternative to the dress I had bought to wear at my son's wedding if this heat wave is still torturing us at the end of August . Result!
Certainly was for Jessica with her boutique in London closing down as she is expecting her first baby ..... BUT Jessica isn't in London it's a mythical shop front name to suck idiots like me into paying overly hiked prices for unfinished thin muslin dresses that can be found on a very famous website where you can shop like a billionaire! Return the dress at your own expense all the way to Hong Kong and they will refund your money .......hmmmmm rather doubtful, how did I pay ? Call the bank , see what they can do ...... I am waiting ... £39.95 for an unfinished dress so awfully packed for it's long journey it will need a steam roller to get the creases out of it , I cannot believe I am becoming a gullible mature intelligent woman ...... whatever your age please do not follow me . £11.95 for the same item is a fairer price go and look at T***!!! It will be the same product!!!
