Volle Zufriedenheit
Ich bin mit den Dienstleistungen von MadeIndonesia sehr zufriede. Sie Arbeiten sehr unkompliziert und mit dem Kundenbedürfnis im Vordergrund. Es geht hier nicht darum, möglichst viele AddOns oder Upgrades zu verkaufen, sondern nur um dies was für mich als Kunde wirklich relevant ist. Preisleistung erachte ich als sehr gut. Etwas ins Ausland zu outsourcen ist teilweise ein Entschied welcher einem schwierig fällt, aber ich bin sehr froh das wir dies so gemacht haben. Vorallem der Bereich Web ist so gut Ortsunabhängig verwaltbar weshalb dies einfach hervorragend funktioniert.

I have only known MadeIndonesia for 3 weeks. But after only 3 smaller projects, I can say that I am completely satisfied. The team fulfils everything you could wish for as a client with flying colours:
- Uncomplicated, prompt communication
- There is an expert for every area
- Change requests are implemented immediately and the results are optimal
I'm sure there are cheaper providers in the vastness of the Internet. But I think the final prices are more than reasonable, especially as I have the same personal contact person for all projects
The signs are good that our co-operation will continue for a long time to come!

Onkundige webshopbouwers
Goed contact met de projectmanager, maar helaas geen succes. Hebben geen ervaren in het bouwen van webshops en ons project is hierdoor in de soep gelopen met geen werkbaar uitresultaat. Jammer van de kosten die we hierop gemaakt hebben.

Bedankt voor het delen van jullie ervaring, maar toch komen we hier graag nog even op terug. De review geeft naar mijn mening een vertekend beeld van de situatie. Wij hebben diverse webshops bebouwd voor grote A merken. Dus er is zeker ervaring in huis. Ook jullie webshop is gebouwd door en onder supervisie van ervaren developers. Daarnaast zijn er veel extra uren geïnvesteerd vanuit ons in functionaliteiten die in het begin niet binnen de afgesproken scope vielen.
Samen hebben we afgesproken dat wij de audit van de SEO partij betalen. Na meerdere follow ups vanuit ons krijgen wij geen inzicht in de feedback uit de audit. Er is hierdoor voor ons geen kans om verbeteringen door te voeren. Als jullie de audit alsnog doorsturen, zorgen wij dat eventuele verbeteringen alsnog worden doorgevoerd.
