Nach unserer Landung wurden wir direkt von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und zu unserem Mietwagen gebracht. Vor Ort wurde uns das Fahrzeug ausführlich erklärt und alle Formalitäten wurden transparent und verständlich abgewickelt. Wir haben einen SEAT Ibiza erhalten, der mit gerade einmal 2.000 km quasi neu war. Das Auto lief einwandfrei und hat uns während der gesamten Mietdauer keinerlei Probleme bereitet. Für uns war die Entscheidung, einen Kleinwagen zu mieten, genau die richtige, da wir damit auf Madeira bestens zurechtgekommen sind.
Wir sind rundum zufrieden und haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir können die Autovermietung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Very nice experience and communication. Donaldo helped us in the handover which was very easy, at the airport. Car was great and clean.

Rota Madeira was very straight forward and easy to deal with. They contacted both day before arrival and departure to confirm everything. They met us at arrivals with the car, and collected at departures. No issue with withholding deposits or credit cards. Staff were very reassuring, calming, efficient and pleasant. We were delighted to deal with a local company who understood and were proud of their home place. Car was also amazing to drive and I thought excellent value for the service we got.

Everything was perfect: fast check-in and check-out, car delivery and collection to the airport (for an extra €25). The staff were friendly. The only downside is the power of the car - definitely too weak and not suitable for Madeira. Pity, this is why I'm removing 1 star - it spoils the overall experience

It was very easy to rent the car from Madeirarental Company and the prize was fair. There was no problem with payment by Debit-Card. The staff at the counter was very competent and helpful. It took only 10 minutes for the contract and 5 minutes walk to the car. Returning the car before the opening hour of the counter was no problem at all.
