took them a week to tell me they cant get them
and i emailed asking if they had any other types no response at all shocking !

Bought a kit and a spoiler 1 year ago, more than 1000 euros.

They say that it has "been sent" more than 20 times but I still receive nothing.

The emails are not being answered since more than 2 months ago and when you call them, they say there is nothing they can do.

This is not my first review, in the past I wrote another one but they emailed me saying that they won't longer work on my purchase so I had to delete it.

"James" (if that's his real name) and the team behind this are shameless people who take the money from the customers who put their trust in this site.

Now say that this comment is false or email me back on an aggresive way again, I don't care. Hope people see what kind of business you are running and the way you do things.

i transferd money for a spoiler on 06/09/2021 234 euros, i rang them emailed them no answer no reply. i am currently trying to get it back through the banks they have denied the lodgement. gangsters

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This absolute scammers conned me and abused my good will. I had a spoiler delivered that was smashed to pieces. When I contacted the company “James” emplored that I give them another chance as they have now lost hundreds of pounds. I accept, only now to be ghosted by the company, ignoring my phone calls and emails.

Stay Clear - Ordered part in October, excuses after excuses from James on when I'd receive the part. Had to get my credit card company do a charge back. Totally dishonest. DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM!

Part ordered in May 2021. Various emails to chase part. Refund requested in August 2021 - no refund received. Sporadic emails with varying excuses. Still waiting on refund. Final chance given to refund money otherwise no option than to go to small claims court. Do not trust this company!

Currently reporting this company to trade and standards as the took my money back in June and I've never received parts or refund. Even after constant emails. One star is too much.

I made an order on the 26th of may 2019 and have

been waiting for a refund for my items, I was in

contact with James Smith (Sales Department) and he

asked to provide him an order number, I have sent it

and then got no response and it's been more than 2years

of my order and I would like to be contacted it about

this to sort out my order.​

I don't want to be repeating what everyone else has written but I ordered a part a month ago and have still not had any communication as to whether or not it will be arriving. I do not believe this site is genuine.

They take your money but don't deliver anything, worst of all they don't even try to pretend they are going to send what you paid for. Looks like the bank will have to refund what was paid.

If anyone has accidentally ordered from this website before reading the reviews and can't get a response just write a review. They get back to you and tell you about your order and ask you to change your review.

Absolutely disgraceful company, be warned! Order placed March, here we are mid September and it still hasn't arrived. They were quite helpful to start with but no I can't get an answer on the phone or response to my emails! Apparently they've had import issues which at first was plausible but considering my job is importing containers I now find this hard to believe! ... They shouldn't have things on their website They can't supply! Keep your money and go elsewhere!

The worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had.

Months and months of lying and no communication from this so called “business” has left me with the most sour taste in my mouth.

Purchase made it April 2021 and after 3/4 MONTHS of lies and empty promises, I’m now sat here with no product and an extra month deep in a refund request.

Like many I’ve had to get my bank involved and will be pushing for a suspension of business practice for Carwebshop as well as to receive my refund finally.

Absolutely avoid at all costs, disgusting business.

Took money for car parts not in stock. Waited a month to see if my part would turn up, it didn’t. So I asked for a refund and they said that’s fine they’ll process it for me. 6 weeks later still no refund. Awful at replying to emails. 0 communication from start to finish. Have had to get my bank involved now to get my money back. Absolutely hopeless business avoid at all costs.

Wouldn’t recommend this company at all, seems like people only get a response when they leave a bad review - I wish i listened to the review! Have chased 3 times since 9th august and still nothing.

I placed the above order on 27th June, was told it would be in stock end of July, I agreed to that. Chased you at the end of July and you told me middle of August due to customs, right ok I agreed to that too. I work in the shipping sector and do over 30 clearances a day, you can’t tell me clearance takes 18 days, because I know for a fact it doesn’t - courier companies do quick clearances to prevent delays like these. I have sent 2 emails now with no response whatsoever. I chose your company out of trust instead of listening to the reviews on trust pilot however at this point I am beginning to regret my decision.

I am now desperate for this item and at present (18.08.2021) I have still not received my order, I need this by 26.08.2021 latest, failure to do so will be breaching the consumer rights act 2015 and I will have no choice but to request a full refund to my account.

This company is a complete joke full of explanations and here negative feedback seems to be always customers fault. Had to wait months for parts that never arrived and few months more for refund.
Feels like this company is broke and they have to "loan" customers money for a while to cover their own expenses.

Note that many of these short 5 star ratings seems to be sent by CWS itself as they are given in bursts. (Reported to Trustpilot)

Good luck acquiring long term customers with your style, despite it seems that you're not doing business much longer.

they told me that my item will take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered ! 3 months and nothing , i called them and they said it on its way one more week and it will be with me .
one more month and nothing .
asked them for my refund they said 2 to 3 days ! one month no refund .
my credit card protection expired so No item No refund .
please read what others say about this shop or be like me i DIDN'T .

Credit card money back guarantee is 120 days depending on the provider , i don't have to put my name or my order details because i am going to take the matter to court .
according to you all this peoples experience with your incompetence doesn't matter, doesn't counts !

It took 7 months, multiple emails and several phone calls but I eventually received what I ordered. However, I believe that if I had not kept chasing up my order I never would have received it.

Receiving very poor service from them. Placed order #100018612. Was told 3 to 4 weeks. Then told max another 2 weeks still not received not given any tracking information or any update. Sent many emails, contact forms and phoned many times without replies. Got through once said having problems with emails never got anything from me and they would chase up but got no update. Left message on answer machine left phone number got no replies. If I don't get a reply soon I'll just have to cancel order. Don't recommend poor communication skills with this company.

Update - Thank you Suzanne contacted yourselves by replying to today's email after reading your reply here but someone was impatient and didn't wait for me to reply and has cancelled my order. Remember I'm having to wait over 2 months to get my order and car web couldn't wait a day :(

Got my tracking number today thanks for all your help in these difficult time. Don’t understand why people are writing bad reviews. Ok I did have to wait a week long than they said but covid is still going on and lockdown are still happening. Thanks again James I will be using CWS Agin 👏👏👏

So I ordered a an item for my car on the 27th Oct 2020 and I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery which was fine.
It's now 15th Feb 2021 and after many emails chasing my item up, I kept being told it should be with me next week, unfortunately still nothing. So I tried phoning, only to get a recorded message saying email was the only form of contact to reach them at the moment.
So a couple of more emails sent which were then ignored including one where I asked for a full refund.
Feeling like I had been scammed I had no choice but to contact my bank to start a dispute case for the transaction to Car Web Shop.
Shortly after contacting my bank I received a fresh email (not a reply from one of my ignored emails) from CWS, titled Tracking. It said your item has been shipped and then a name and a number.
I searched the info online and couldn't find any couriers/delivery companies that this info applied to, which I found rather strange.
My bank is now dealing with it.
I thought this was a reputable company. Or it might have been once over. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend now. And now I'm just hoping my bank can recover my money.
