I started using Magees pharmacy during covid. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick and efficient delivery and the items are packed so well.
Recently I ordered a perfume that I have used for years and it was delivered the next day to Dublin.

When I opened the box the perfume was off colour and only had a vague smell that did not smell like it should.

I rang the pharmacy and a very pleasant and "listening" gentleman Investigated the matter for me.
He rang me back post testing the same batches of perfume and concured with me.
He then arranged for the old bottle to be collected ASAP so he could report it to the manufactures.He offered an immediate refund.
I could not recommend this pharmacy enough for its efficiency and its customer care and to support Irish pharmacies.
I hope to visit one day when I'm up in Donegal. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

an error was made on my order, the wrong product was delivered, did not realise the error until three weeks later, it was a gift. I contacted customer service, they were amazing, sorted problem to my satisfaction. Will definitely keep purchasing from here.

Would not order from them again they got my order wrong called them they said they had too arrange dpd too pick up wrong order didnt offer anything too me for getting order wrong .

Went branch at Dunsville Doncaster , awful, service. My wife Had a pre booked Covid jab, the tone , comments, the lazy attitude, customer service non existent , as opposed to normal customers service. The male chemist had no interest only to sit in his little room, find reasons, to down talk the customer. Conversations behind counter , amounted to , we are a chemist now we have got to do everything, jabs, blood pressure etc. Pretty sure, not a happy bunch of people. Not even a hello or goodbye, could not be bothered. Any attempt, to water down actual events, is a cover up.

Ordered a perfume that was same price as major online websites. Delivery was prompt and it was packaged well.

Made a large order with magees. Arrived super fast but minus an item. Called the store absolutely excellent customer service sent missing product immediately and was received in less than 24 hours. I will definitely do my Christmas shopping from here and also recommend to family and friends. Well done Magees!

Unreliable online store. I ordered some stuff and it stated everywhere on the site that shipping to me is *free*. I even got a bill after paying the full price stating the same. Day later im receiving a mail that shipping is ''much more expensive'' to my adress, and they wanted me to pay 40e more. I cancelled the order and wont ever try to buy anything from them, seems scammy and unreliable, not my fault they put up fake information everywhere and they are contacting you for more money like beggars.

Very prompt delivery. The only place I can find that stocks my daughter's favourite perfume. It was also on sale so got two large bottles for the price of one! Have made previous offers and will again.
