Company must replace website photos with actual product. What I received was NOT what was depicted on the website. The actual product does not have any finish work at all. Fabric is raw cut and stitched together. Not a finished product that could be worn as a tank and as depicted in every photo on the website. On the positive, feels great so far, worried it will deteriorate quickly given the raw edges.

The product was easy to order. If I am satisfied with the fit I intend to order more.

They were able to correct the size that was ordered. Now I just hope they fit when I get them. I hope I don’t have to return. Looking forward to getting them.

I had a problem with an order I submitted and informed them via an email I had received from them. They promptly replied, and it appears it will be resolved favorably. So far so good! Thanks! 😊

The product they sent was very different from the product advertised. Seams are mis-matched and poorly sewn, edges are raw and unfinished. The cup pads are thick, lumpy, and poorly shaped, not at all like the website pictures. They are also removable and shift around a lot. The company won't take returns and do only token partial refunds. Save yourself a trip to the trash can!

I never write these but these tanks are a scam! They are wonky in how they fit and when you try to do a return they offer you a 30%return!! That is crazy that they don't even kind of stand by their product. Your option is you pay for shipping for new tanks or you get a 30% return. Very poor customer service and they dont stand behind their products as they say they do.

Customer service is outstanding! I ordered the wrong size and within maybe 30 minutes emailing they had processed a new order with the right size. I also do not have to send the first set of tanks back. I cannot say much about the product since I have the wrong size. The tanks look great and feel very soft.

Returns/Refunds are awful. I order clothing online regularly so I know my body and size needed. This was two sizes too small and the material is not what you would expect for a tank. I emailed for a full refund while being prepared to pay the return shipping myself. I was given option to get another size or get a 30% refund and told to keep the product I had. What a waste! I can’t use it! I complained that 30% was ridiculous and she did increase my refund to 50%. I still feel that the product should be returned at my expense so as not to waste it and that I should then get a 100% refund. Product will now be donated to thrift shop.

The tanks took a couple of weeks to arrive. They were mailed from China.
While the material is silky and feels comfortable, there is little to no support. The foam pads bunch up and are no smooth.
I requested a refund and was given 2 options: to replace for another size, or to keep them and receive a 30% refund.
Neither is satisfactory. I won’t wear the tanks and don’t need another size. Paying 70% of the total cost to try on these garments is a total rip-off!

Not a reputable company. Insinuates it’s US based and woman owned; it is NOT. Does not honor return policy as stated, rather 30% refund or exchange sizes with a high shipping charge. China made. Product is not as stated, padding not secure or sewn in.DO NOT ORDER

I ordered several tanks in error and customer service very helpful in sorting it out for me. I will definately order again.

Did.not like at all. Not comfortable. Went
through their store for ordering. Received 2 options for return: replace with a different size/color for $7.28 shipping (& keep the original). Or a 20% refund & keep the original. I chose the 2nd option, & I will donate the item to Goodwill At least I'll get some money back. Very dissatisfied.

i have not received my order yet but i will certainly review when i receive it. the site was very easy to use.

Prompt response to my request to change the size before shipping to me.

I failed to read the sizing and ordered a Medium, my usual size. I reordered a 2X. I will give the medium to a charity shop or Goodwill. I do not know an adult small enough that could wear the very tiny medium. The small fee is a bit excessive. I'm waiting for the invoice.

Excellent response time! My tanks were too big. The response to my email was quick, friendly and ready to solve my issues. The tanks are being replaced, same colors, in a smaller size. The size guarantee is real and handled quickly and the friendly, supportive care makes the experience very positive.

As to the tanks, they are comfy and will perform as advertised when I get the new size. I am looking forward to my replacement order.
