I absolutely loved the book, it was for my granddaughters 1st birthday. The quality is exceptional and delivery was quicker than I thought. The pictures were fabulous. It will be something she will be able to keep forever. Definitely recommend.

Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az oldalt! 22 980 Ft értékben rendeltem tőlük könyveket, amiket előre kifizettem. A csomagot a futárszolgálat elhagyta, erről hivatalosan is értesített a cég , de kiderült, hogy a webshop a valós érték töredékére (kb. 7 600 Ft-ra) biztosította csak a küldeményt, így a kárrendezés szinte lehetetlen. A webshop elméletileg küldött újra le gyártott könyvet a rendeléseimből, de azok sem érkeztek msg. A kifizetett teljes vételárat ha nem akarja visszatéríteni, a leveleimre érdemben nem válaszolnak, jelentősen messzebbre viszem az ügyet. December 3 óta várok, és semmi...Email-ek hada talán vezet valamire. Nagyon vigyázzatok velük, ha elveszik a csomagotok, futhattok a pénzetek után!
Amennyiben meg kapom a teljes vételár visszatérítését, nem teszek jogi lépéseket.

The first delivery was delayed due to Christmas but after expressing my concerns and went above and beyond to get me a new order free of charge.

I paid for a book 22/12/24 and it hasn't arrived. Can anyone give me details how to connect the company please.

I ordered my grandson a book on December 13, 2025 and delivery has been pushed back to January 2nd! UPS didn’t even receive the book till December 21st. I will never order another book from this company as a special “gift”.

Well what a shame. Everything was going well until delivery. It appears I am not alone. I even shared the Company via my socials as I was so impressed. I ordered two books on 24 Nov separate orders. Sent two emails when they did not arrive. First response was generic fob off. Second response was much apologies and we will reprint for you. I have received only one book. So now to decide as it's Xmas eve 7 pm, do I gift the book to my grandson or my nephew. Please don't suggest I contact you directly, I assure you I will be doing so requesting a full refund. I suggest you think ahead for 2026 and adjust the expected delivery time to something more realistic. Very disappointed 😞

Order 2 books as gifts. Reached out to the company with only a generic response email. The production time was late. The shipping was the slowest method possible. Now it won’t arrive till after the new year.. if you want to order books like these find a different company

I tried this platform based on the site’s claims that text and illustrations can be adjusted afterward and that creating a personalized book is a straightforward process. In practice, that was misleading.

The tool does not reliably support character or image consistency across pages. Details like outfits, facial features, proportions, and even character height vary from page to page, and attempts to correct this frequently resulted in looping behavior that prevented meaningful updates. Making what should have been simple, global changes required hours of trial and error.

After investing so much time, it felt like I had no choice but to complete the purchase. There is also no way to remove pages or shorten the book, so once I was exhausted and ready to stop, I could not scale the project down. Between the creation fee, the book itself, and shipping, the total ended up being over $50, only to receive a result that was still visually inconsistent. For that level of effort, there are other services that require far less work and deliver more polished results.

A four-year-old might not notice every inconsistency, but as the person creating and gifting the book, the differences in clothing, scale, and appearance from page to page are obvious and disappointing. Ultimately, this was not a good investment of time, especially given the subpar end result and the no-refund policy.

The concept has potential, but the current experience does not match how the platform is marketed.

The only word I can think of to describe not only the customer experience, but the high quality of the hard book cope delivered to our door is ‘outstanding’.

A wonderful keepsake and gift. Really pleased with the book. More expensive as its bespoke but you do get what you pay for. Excellent quality.
