I suffer from nocturnal epilepsy and after a seizure I suffer from pain in my arms, after one session with Andy the pain has already subsided and I have been able to return to the gym with no issues! Also very friendly and a lovely experience, can't recommend enough!

At my latest massage appointment Andy recommended a hot stone massage as it might help with easing disc problems in my back.to be honest I had no idea what it was but thought why not Andy knows what he's on about.i was surprised that the stones were used to do the massage in place of hands and fingers but definitely helped. I thought they were just placed on your body. could feel the heat in the massaged areas including leg muscles for around half hour afterwards which was good and unexpected.will definitely having hot stones again as the heat worked well on my back .
