I have got to say this company has the best customer service I have ever seen. They took over from green smoke and for me hsve not ever missed a step. Orders prompt. And whenever there was an issue I get a phone call and it’s sorted. I just wish all businesses used this model of customer service.

Made an order on the 22nd of December and still am yet to receive our product.
The company first say it was because of the postal strikes so they asked us to wait longer. Then they said “as a show of goodwill” they would resend the product. However, since they are doing it I would need to pay for tracking of shipment. Since I ready paid for something I didn’t receive I wasn’t about to give them more money incase they were a scam. Another month later, still nothing. It is the 16th of March. Their excuse is that I didn’t pay for the tracking shipment so it’s my fault I haven’t received anything and they hope eventually it will show up. There is no proof that they ever tried to send any product.
Major scam.

Fantastic company! Great Customer service and products and very fast delivery even with the free post option we received the order the next day.

Never let me down, good product and pricing. Custom services brilliant if you every do have a problem. If you vape then use them is my recommendation.

excellent service, super fast delivery and the guys there will do anything for you. These Nic Hit Pros are great. ( sneakily use the refill fluid into the cartridge), 1/5 the price :)

Have recently ordered from Magic Mist, Customer service, Excellent, and the products arrived in super quick time, have just placed another order with them, very impressed.

Purchased 6 ecig batteries for around £26 some months ago to replace my vapourlites ones (compatible)
Took a while to start using them as still smoking tobacco. Did not expect problems, stated at point of sale as fully charged and ready to use straight from delivery I believe.
The two I have opened first drained quickly. Even after 7 hours on a wall socket charge they still don't cut out to indicate a full charge. Use them in whatever state a 7 hour charge gets them to and I can expect 5 minutes of total puff time?
The 10 year old original vapourlites batteries can still outperform these in every way (and their smaller)
The next ones I open I will full charge before first use and if a better/suitable improvement will upgrade the review.

1st order with the and item out of stock. No idea how you can list items on a site and not actually hold stock for it seems pretty amateur I await my refund.

Excellent online retailer with a superb customer service. I had a problem with my order and thought, that's it, I should write it off. Then I called Sam in customer service, who apologised and offered to send me a replacement or give a full refund. They went out of their way to ensure the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Strangely I did not have to push them to do the right thing. Wish all other online companies had the same approach. I would defineately use them again.

Joy of joys FINALLY a worthy replacement for Vapestick. I have tried others but they are more expensive and only last half the time. The Everest 1.8 menthols are the PERFECT fit. And I can use my Vapestick USB charger and the couple of batteries I had in stock.

Magicmist cartridges and liquids are good quality and excellent value, and their batteries last much longer than the ones I used to buy in the supermarket. Their customer service is first class. Can not recommend them highly enough!

All the products I've purchased have been top-notch. The V2 compatitble products they sell are not only cheaper than the originals but actually perform better. The standout for me is the V2 battery that Ive recently bought; it last much longer than the original and on top of that the V2 cartridges are a bargain £5 for 5 instead of £15 for 3 'official V2' cartridges and in my experiences provide a cleaner taste as well as an easier draw.

But what tops my reasons for coming back to MagicMist is there customer service. From my experiences with them, they put customer satisfaction as a priority in there business plan. It's been a pleasure dealing with this company.

I have been using MagicMist for a while now. I found this company online by chance and have never looked back. Their prices are the best around for what I buy and their delivery service is amazing.
I would highly recommend this company if you are a cartridge vaper (this is what I use).
I find their cartridges are much better than the ones I used to buy from the shops.
