If I could give this company a negative * I would....stay as far away from this company! I fell for their advertisement and ordered 2 bras @ $9.99 each and $4.99 shipping. My bill came out to $34.63 USD. I'm from Ontario Canada, my total amount was $49.44. Then I receive the bras and they were not at all what they were supposed to be. Once you contact the company thru email only....they reply one time asking you some questions making it seem like they want to help and are concerned. Once they realize you have complaints and want a refund and would like to return them, they don't email you back. BUYERS BEWARE!!! UPDATE my bank fraud department put a 🚫 block on my card because three other different supposed companies have tried to take money out. How dare them 🤬🤬

Total scammers!! Overcharge for shipping when they promise a 4.95 fee!! Canceled my order same day within same half hour as purchased and they claim they refunded me. Now it’s 2 wks later and no refund, but they charged me another 39.97 and I have NO idea for what!! Horrible company.

I wish i can rate no stars. I made a purchase the beginning of June and they didnt even allow me to complete the transaction and they pulled the payment. I cancelled the order after and they 'said' i was refunded which to this date i haven't received any fund. About 4 days ago, my card was charged AGAIN and I was even on their site. So at the moment Im awaiting 2 refunds from them, any ideas what i can do to get refunded quickly

SCAMMERS!!!! ZERO STARS! I received no product, no refund as promised. Filed a dispute of charges with my bank. AND oddly enough I had fraud on my credit card within a week of this order and had to be issued a new card as my card was compromised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Size was way off and looked like it could fit a child. Offered only 50% refund...waiting to see if it actually happens. The company ships from China.

Magicswear, the company that promises comfortable bras at affordable prices! First off, they charged me 14.99 for shipping on a 29.98 order, when I designated the 4.95 shipping, and THEN, when I did as add on order of 4.99 for one additional bra, they charged me ANOTHER 14.99 for shipping on top of the 14.99 already charged! Didn't fine this out until AFTER I hit the purchase button, and went to my account to verify the charges. Tried over and over emailing them, it keeps being kicked back as undeliverable. I keep watching the tracking number (57tracking, ANOTHER scam joke), supposedly i'm to be getting a refund of 9.96 on the shipping, on top of 14.99 refund, and my package is supposedly still in route. Well, it's day 10 in US Customs supposedly, and all of a sudden my 57tracking number doesn't work anymore, and my USPS "Last Mile" tracking has been dropped off my Informed Delivery. Buyer beware, both Magicswear AND 57Shipping are obviously scams! Neither reply to emails ( or refuse delivery) or do what they ways they will do.

Bras are not at all as expected, I usually wear an XL in all brands and ordered a 2Xl just in case and the difference in size is ridiculous. The material is very extremely cheap and does not cover as much as a wide bra should or as advertised. I was excited about this order and order more as gifts, I am very disappointed and company would not give me a full return, only 50%. These bras can’t even be worn to sleep, they are LITERALLY TRASH!

This magicwear suck. I ordered 3 bras and they only sent me 2.. and they small so pls don’t buy anything from them. They don’t even answer your messages . So I have lost money now. This company is BAD. DONT BUY ANYTHING

Do not buy from them. I ordered a 3X and 4X bra. I measured myself. The bras are so small. So disappointed! And there no way to reach them. They are thief!!!

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. They don't listen to your concerns and repeatedly send generic responses that don't address your questions. After a few emails, they simply stop replying.
To make matters worse, they charged me more than the amount shown when I placed my order and sent the wrong quantity of items. They also refuse returns or exchanges when the size doesn't fit, even if you ordered according to their own size chart.
Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Poor communication, incorrect orders, unexpected charges, and no accountability. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Nothing about this company is on the up and up. They are a scam. They sent a bra that was nothing like I ordered. Thin straps, two hooks, I ordered thick straps, 4 hooks. I sent pictures to prove it. They offered half the purchase price back? What? That makes no sense. I asked for product replacement or refund. Now they say bra is the one I ordered. It just keeps getting worse. Whatever you do-don’t order from this company!

Actual and literal garbage, I thought I did enough research on these bras but clearly it was not enough because what I was send it a child’s training bra with removable cups. It’s Paper thin, poor stitching, minimal clasps, everything about it screams that I got scammed

When looking to order a certain type bra say the Dark Brown Leopard and then click the color you want, I was looking to see if came in black, it switches the product to a different type of bra. Very confusing and not anything in there to let you know it does that. It did try to send an added item into another order and added shipping cost, I did get a refund for that. After the product came in it was not what I thought I had ordered. It also feels cheaply made. Will never buy from them again. Waiting to see if I can get my money back or replacements.

I bought a bra and the order said free shipping and at the end I payed 15 dollars for shipping. You must said at the bigining of the operation the real cost, you lied !!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. This is a scam site and I will explain what happened to me and a bunch of others. When you order the bras, they state the shipping price is somewhere around $5, then when you submit the order, they actually charge you $15 for shipping. And if you added an extra bra for $4.99, they charge you another $15 shipping for that even though you'll receive it in the same package. They will mark everything as shipped almost immediately so that you can't get a refund "until the items are returned and inspected". Then they tell you they don't do refunds on items that were received. The bras I received were about 1/4 the size I actually ordered. And the absolute WORST part of it all... They will make fraudulent charges with your debit card. This was a month ago for me and I'm still waiting on my new debit card to arrive.

The dizing of the bras is completely wrong. It takes WEEKS for your order to arrive. No where did I agree to a subscription no where did they tell me it was a subscription website I had to find out when they charged my account for the second time. When you ask for a refund they refund you and a few days later charge your account again.
IT IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Wish I read reviews. They charge under the name rockstache and dazzledressup and I'm sure a million more. They did the original charge last month, they came from China, they are not a US based company. I threw them out right away, I don't know what they are made out of. Today I see charge for the dazzle one for a few $$ more than the Bras and now it's a recurring charge. I had to dispute and close down my card (which is a huge inconvenienced especially on a holiday weekend). By doing this, they can say they didn't charge me and not have to refund anything. Than you have to contact a company that doesn't actually exist. You can tell they are frauds because the bank can only give you a state they are apparently in not any other info.

If i could give this 0 stars, I would. Not at all as advertised in any shape or form. Flimsy, too small,(even though I used their sizing chart) and not returnable!!

Should be a zero stars. Bras aren’t has advertised. But would only give a 50% refund. Scammers thats for sure. Wish I had googled before purchasing.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I was charged more than double what I was expecting and the quality of the product is absolutely atrocious. Customer service is ridiculous and don't want to help with the thing. I honestly didn't think I would have this issue or I would not have placed an order with someone is specifically says on their website that they do not do refunds. That's how they are scamming people because they're quality of product is crap and they don't want to have to give that money back. Worst ever.
